      I ordered some shoes for my son and I didn't know that you had to read the reviews on any website before making a purchase online I just found this out from my mom and I had cancelled my payment and the still charged my account for the items so what do I have to do now to get my money back and I see that they have really bad service ?? oh man I done messed up big time please help me

      I cancelled my subscription with them and was still charged that was February 2024. I called them and they told me to call my bank and dispute it. I did that and they told my bank they would not refund my money. I called fab kids back with my bank on the line to tell them the dispute was dismissed cause of them.Its now May and I still have not received my refund. They will not do anything about it and keep telling me my bank is holding up the process. At this point I give up I will never see that money again. DONT BUY!

      I live in ******* I buy some shoes for my grandchild she live in *********.this shoes was deliver and someone took this box. I try to talk to multiple managers and they dont help me with is problem. They said because it was deliver they can't refund me the money. This company is real bad company,customer service is horrible you can not understand what they said and they said the same thing all the rime. DONT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MONTHLY THEY WILL CHARGE $45.89 BEWARE. I LOST MY MONEY AND NO MERCHANDISE

      I would not recommend Fabkids to anyone. This company does not pride itself on any kind of values or customer service. They make it hard to cancel as well. I was told if I canceled my credits that I have already paid for would be lost, so okay I try to spend the credits then while trying to check out I get an error with no description on how to fix it. I call and speak to someone and she states oh some items are out of stock. Well the site isn't telling me what items are out and she doesn't know either. She proceeds to tell me items that I don't even have are out of stock that wasn't helpful at all. Once I clear my Cart and start over and check out I call back to cancel my subscription. The gentleman then tells me if I cancel. I'll loss my order and my credits I have paid for. This company doesn't make any sense and only wants to collect your money and get you to get these cheaply made clothes.

      My wife put in an order on November 17, and they never shipped it. When we called back three weeks later, they said the item was never shipped, and the products are no longer available! They said she could be refunded for her order and she could order again, does anybody else see the lunacy in that idea?

      First off I didnt even know I had the vip, until I got charged and as soon as I got charged I said this was definitely my mistake for not reading everything so immediately called fabkids and they had canceled my subscription this was back a couple months ago and today I get a notification on my phone saying Im charged again from fabkids I get on the phone real quick i with customer service and they said they dont see no charges but I definitely got one.. on my end! The guy said to call back in the morning after getting the invoice from the charge that just happened, ugh I really dont want this to happen again.. and hopefully I can get this resolved

      Hi I made a purchase from Fabkids in October 2020 and now in November 2023 I realized that FABKIDS is deducting 49.95$ every month since then , I almost paid 1850$ and have 37 credits of FABKIDs . My kids are big and cant purchase their stuff anymore. Even the clothing , accessories are not worth for that price they charge I called the customer care - he said to use skip the month payment option and can credit only 3 month amount back .. but I need full amount back .. please help me in this issue before they get expire and also I want everyone to be aware of this Fabkids scam and not to make any purchases from this website .

      I ordered 4 pairs of shoes for my kids for school and a couple months later they were charging me ***** to my **** for 3 months. I got intouch with an agent who told me that I had a *** SUBSRIPTION and in order for me to cancel it would be wise to go online and used all my credits that I had and then cancel. I honestly had no idea I was in a *** plan, they are tricky in my opinion on how they get you to accepted the ***** and Conditions without knowing this is a forever deal. I would like my money back. I do not need the *** package at all. . I only wanted a one time purchase. They are tricky watch out!!!!!! I would have never bought shoes if I would have known it would actually cost me more in the long run. I now have credit, everyone one here but one person, has had billing problems with this company taking money from them. They should be no longer in business and should give everyone's money back that had NO idea they were stealing from them.

      Would not recommend their product. My son got a birthday gift of boots from them. He used them for only 2 hours and the toes were entirely scrubbed off. Spoke to someone at the customer service office on ******** messenger told me there was nothing they could do as I was not a member of the organization. They wanted me to have the member take time out of their day and deal with the situation. While I was trying to deal with it right there and now. Would not become a member of a company that does not put quality material on their product especially one you have to become a member too.
