Ordered some swimsuits and shorts, none of them fit. I replied asking for a *** the same day they were delivered right after I tried them on. They asked to provide a 40% refund instead of returning them. I said no and asked for a 70% refund. They refused and then asked for photos of stickers on the swimsuits and then finally provided an address to some dock in ***********. I mailed them back today, but have seen where no one received credit back. Would like to get my credit back. This is a scam, they should be truthful about their return policy online and actually credit people back when they return their products. Their website has a 30 day return policy, after I got the address they said I had 7 days. Their websites needs to reflect an accurate return policy or needs to be removed as scam.Initial Complaint

I ordered a swim suit from their website on 7/1/24 after no updates on 7/4/24 I e-mailed support. On 7/7/24 The response said the item was out of stock and there was a link to alternative items they could send me instead. This link was a phishing scam. I responded requesting a refund. I was told one would be given. It would take 5-15 business days to receive my refund. ******************************************************************* refund. This is theft. Meanwhile they advertise EVERYWHERE. Also the item I purchased is still listed as in stock after I was told it was discontinued.Initial Complaint

On February 26, 2024, I purchased four swimsuits from Curvyall, Order Number: 1708991830-545743-282. I only wanted to keep 1 of the 4 swimsuits. I contacted *********************************** as the website states. On March 11, 2024 at 12:45 PM I, emailed Curvyall. On March 12, 2024, I emailed ******* , again. On March 13, 2024 at 2:24 AM I received an email form ******* **** stated "would it be a considerable solution that we offer a 20% refund as compensation while you keep the items you would like to return? Please DO NOT ship to the address on the package bag you received, that's not our return address." I have sent emails everyday since March 13, 2024, yet to receive an response. According to their policy, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date, and I am well within the time frame and I expect a full refund.Thank you for attention to this matter, and I look forward to your prompt response and assistance with the return process.Best regards,Chief *************************** ************************Initial Complaint

The company I am having an issue with is Curvyall Swimwear @ curvyall.com out of *************.On February 9, 2024 I received my order of 2 swimsuits. 1 fit, the other did not. The refund policy on the curvyall website indicates that authorization for a refund has to be requested within 15 days. On February 9, 2024 (the same day as the delivery), I requested authorization from the company for a refund. On February 10th, customer service offered me a 20% refund and I could keep the product. I turned down that offer. On February 12th they offered a 30% refund and keep the product, and "if you still want to return the items, we will help you to return." I declined the partial refund and requested authorization to return the item for a full refund. I followed up by email on February 16th and 19th, with no response.I feel that this company owes me $30.32 for the item that I cannot use and want to return.Initial Complaint

I purchase a bathing suit from curvyall.com through ********* I received my order and didnt like the look of it or the way it fit. After five different emails they wont send me a return label. They keep bargaining with me. (ie: 20%, 30%, 50%). Now they want photos to prove that all the tags and original packaging is there (which it is). Ordered swimsuits over two weeks ago. Never fulfilled, attempted contact to business unsuccessful no returned emails even though webpage claims response within 1 day. Googled and see other fraud complaints. This company is a fraud, want money back or actual delivery.Initial Complaint

I purchased two swimsuits from the Curvyall website on July 19, 2023 for a total of $73.97. I paid using PayPal and the charge was listed as being charged to *************** I received my order, however, the swimsuits did not fit so I started the process to begin a return. The address on the package I received: Runner First Industrial Road, Zhicun, ************ ********* ********* ****** Their return policy states that returns can be made if the customer pays for return shipping. I emailed the company on July 31, 2023 to receive the return address, however, after emailing back and forth various times the company has still not sent me their address. Instead, they keep advising me to accept their offers of "this % of the cost returned to you and you keep the items" or similar offers.
