      I placed an order for Everlanes merino wool sweater during their sale. It has been canceled twice now. First it was cancelled from my first order and then I placed another pre order for it , which was again cancelled. I got cancellation email stating out of stock as the reason and that their site had a glitch which allowed me to place an order. But the site and stores have this item in this color in stock. I called and checked couple of stores just to do my due diligence. It seems to me that they promised sale on this item and now dont want to deliver at the sale price. Next day of sale also, this item is available and in stock on their site. So if I need this item, I would need to pay full price. Shameful and greedy behavior Everlane!! I used to love your products.

      Everlane return policy is 30days from their shipment date not 30 days from when you receive items. I found returning incorrect shipment items on their time for correction and responses by text or email does not count toward quality costumer care. I am not stuck with over $200 of items that are the wrong sizes why.their response 1 day over the return policy period.. why should one be penalized for their response and return process????.. and Everlane has ignored my request explain they dates they took away from me and made this unreasonable determination.

      I placed an order on 12/1/21 and received an email on 12/11 saying the order had been shipped. Since then everytime I check the status of the order, it reports that it has not been received by the shipper. I have contacted Everlane twice to cancel the order with no satisfactory response. I received a survey today asking me for feedback on an order that I never received and that was never shipped. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

      I placed an order on 12 July but the shipment has never arrived. I have been emailing Everlane to request for the follow up but they simply ask you to wait and sending you a tracking link etc. After seeing no progress of the shipment for weeks, and also checking with the *** several times that I have asked for resending the items but obviously Everlane did nothing and asking you to minoring the order via the tracking number.The customer service simply answering email within 1-2 days if you contact them but they will do nothing and you cant expect they will help you.Yesterday, everlane sent me a survey asking for the feedback Of the items, it is just a joke as I have never received the items.This is just to share my experience.
