      I was delivered 4 items out of 13 items ordered, it was my first time ordering with Superdry and when it was delivered my package which was made of a thin paper bag had ripped. I contacted customer service and reported the issue it took longer than a week for them to reply to my issue. I called and was told I had to resort to email. I then was assisted by a very unprofessional person who would not give a name and begin to state condescending remarks I ultimately stated I would dispute the transaction with my creditor and he or she suggested I do so. Which is ****** who began to assist but ultimately was met with the same resistance of horrible customer service as I did. So ultimately stated to me yesterday that they could not assist me any further and I should seek assistance from the shipping company.       I purchased an item on-line that did not fit. I went to the companies web-site to downlolad a return slip. The web-site states they do not except postage returns and any returns must be done at a store. (this was not presented to me when I purchased the item) The nearest "Superdry" store to me is 7 hours away. I have asked repeatedly for a retun slip and have gotten no reply from them. I have until April 22, 2023 to return the item or its invalid.

      1st time purchase with merchant. No knowledge of product sizing.Online order SUPERDRYUS4239747 placed January 9, 2022 for 2 products (same item, 2 different sizes to try to determine correct size with sole intent to return item that will not fit my child). Shipment quickly arrived evening of January 12, 2022. Return of item initiated online January 15. However, online form is blocked out for this transaction. Only method to contact SuperDry business is via email. When I contacted SuperDry's customer care, 2 separate times January 15, both agents provided prompt reply but incorrect information and claimed merchandise was final sale and not returnable. Based on agents inaccurate reply, website is intentionally deceptive to vuyer and online product description is not accurately or visibly updated as final sale, if applicable. After requesting escalation to a manager, there was no response. As a result, I filed dispute on my credit card for this purchase to fully return shipment of both items due to unsatisfactory and predatory-like commercial practice. Purchase was made by **************** credit card via PayPal to SuperDry as the final business. Complaints filed to both PayPal and ****************. SuperDry refuses to make 1st time customers like me whole and will not return items, even if new in bag.
