To Whom It May ******** I received a letter from your office claiming that I owe **** $138.00 from 2020. I am a resident of San Francisco since **** and I don't understand why I am being charged this fee. My husband took the same class at the same time and qualified for San Francisco residency. I never received any notification over the last two years that I owed any money. I went to the office and was told that I filled out the form incorrectly. I applied at the same time, for the same class as my husband, and there is no issue with his form . Please show me where the mistake my application is. I would also like to know why this was not brought to my attention when I submitted the form. I tried to contact this office during the two years when COVID kept all in person meetings impossible. I also constantly called this office during the same time period and there was no one in the office that would answer the phone. I would like to set up a meeting to resolve this issue quickly.
