Extend the swimming pool and gym hours on the weekends at ***** fitness. When signing up I was informed that the current hours were going to be extending to meet the summer demand, this was in the early spring. Now that summer is almost over, the pool and gym has still haven't extended their hours past 2pm. When questioned about this this, prior to June; *** staff replied that the hours were going to open up starting June 1st. It's August and another excuse. This is Gym staff responds now with either money constraints to hire lifeguards or they had to fix some flooding disaster that happened in 2020. But yet, I and ht rest of the members are being charged full price for membership, when we're not getting full equipment usage.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, they contacted me, and the thread is below. To note, the response BBB got was not the response that I received, shocking. Which they wanted to refund and discontinue my membership for filing a complaint. This was noted by other members that had issues with pool hours and equipment; if you complain theyll ban your account. So here we are, being charged 100% fees but at 85% operational capacity. I fear that the next step is **** banning my membership since I spoke out about this. Too note, the pool hours are still 1:30pm on the weekends.
