  my problem is that i was severely misled and conned. This company through numerous phone calls and EMAILS ( WHICH I HAVE ALL OF THEM) assured me that based on my daughters high GPA , if i used their college essay service she was guaranteed to get into the school of her dreams, having 3 choices. I was desperate and gullible. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED, THEY PREY ON PARENTS DESPERATION AND INEXPERIENCE OF GETTING THEIR KIDS INTO COLLEGE) I was charged $3500 and promised she would get into the school of her dreams with their 10 hours of college essay prep!!! I was duped!! The first 10 mins that my daughter spoke with some instructor named "********" i knew it was a scam and i contacted KAMIR, via phone and text saying i wanted a refund, but he refused, insisting that we give ******** another try. 3 days later my daughter spoke with " ********" over the phone for no more than 20 mins and we were not happy. Again, we contacted Kamir the next day, saying we wanted a refund and thought this was a scam, Kamir yelled at me on the phone and said as a one time favor he would switch instructors, We then spoke with ********************************* She was pleasant but she did absolutely nothing to help my daughter, mu daughter did everything by herself, THIS IS A SCAM, My daughter spoke with her maybe 3 times at most for 20 mins. we spoke with the instructors MAXIMUM 3 hours, not 10. NEEDLESS to say, my daughter did not get into any of her dream colleges as we were promised by Kamir, who tells you he has connections at ******* and oxford AND HAS CONNECTIONS EVERYWHERE, his words, not ours. I want a refund, HE IS A SCAMMER OF THE HIGHEST DEGREE. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO HIM MULTIPLE TIMES VIA TEXT AND EMAILS WITH NO ANSWER. HOW MANY MORE DESPERATE PARENTS ARE GOING TO BE SWINDLED BY HIM. He even scams his workers, we were contacted 2 months ago by ********************************* that he is a scammer and never even paid her. MY DAUGHTER NEVER RECEIVED 10 HOURS OF TUTORING,

  i would like to withdraw my complaint since the business has contacted me via phone and official document that they will refund me once my complaint is removed
