      This is in reference to the MyFax online service that is a registered trademark of Consensus.I have been using this online faxing service for more than a year. Suddenly, I'm being billed $10 for each time I fax. This has happened four times in the last four weeks. The documents I've sent in the past four weeks are normal documents that I have been sending. Yet, I am now being billed $10 for each time I fax. I called customer service and they told me they would issue a $15 credit to my account and put 25 free fax pages in my account for this month. I have been on a monthly plan where I get up to a certain amount of pages for the cost of $7.50 a month. Now, I'm being told that a fax page to me is not a fax page to them and that it may take 100 pages to send a one page fax and that they bill for that. It is a bunch of hogwash!! They are clearly misrepresenting charges and fax pages. Further, they never gave me a $15 refund. When I tried to fax two pages today with my free ******************************* another $10. I wrote to them and said this is hogwash. They said there is no refund. This company does not even list their address on the page. They are clearly shady. There is only a email and or number. The problem with this company is that they say you have 100 pages to fax, but they use a different measurement that customers are not aware of. Hence, 100 pages, according to their crazy new formula, may not even fax one fax page. It is just wrong. Wrong. Wrong. I want my money back. I do not wish to continue doing business with a company where I have no way of knowing what a one page fax will cost me. IT's so wrong. I have faxed lots of stuff during different months and never had this happen. They have changed their billing and they are trying to rip people off!! They said they would credit my bank. Now they are saying I can have a $15 credit to my account. I do not want to do business with this company any further. It is a rip off. I want the money they have taken from me this month from my bank to the tune of $47.50. I have already found a much better fax company.

      I would like a refund for the amount of the past year's subscription. I requested a stop in subscription, but it didn't happen. I went to login but I couldn't. I tried to reset my password and it wouldn't work without my number. I called customer service and without my fax number it wouldn't put me through. I would just like to be refunded because I only used the service once and it didn't even work.

      Company refuses to cancel my account after multiple e-mails. They continue billing and I am unable to cancel because they want money in order to cancel.
