      Please don't waste your money by ordering from this company. I ordered a pair of slides size 6 and the shoe I received was so big I could put both feet in one of them. I contacted the ************** are asking me to measure the shoe, send pictures, etc. The shoe is too big, that's the bottom line. I want to be refunded for this & they send me emails every day asking for the same information. Also I paid $8.95 for shipping & the product arrived in a flimsy plastic bag, A waste of money!!!!!

      If I could give 0 stars I would. This company lied to me about a product and then reinforced that lie a week later before completely stoping communication. I have not heard from them in over 2 weeks. Completely unprofessional

      You are a horrible company. I want a total refund. You keep sending generated responses and I have never received my product. It has been well over a month. Your responses keep saying 10 to 15 days. I am so dissatisfied with this. It is a total scam.

      Back in August of 2023 I got confirmation that our Zendesk Support plan would be moved from an annual payment plan to a monthly payment plan. They confirmed that once out account renewed in October of 23 we would only be charged for the monthly plan amount and would see reoccurring charges every 30 days. Then come Oct for our renewal and I was charged for BOTH the ANNUAL plan (over $20k dollars) AND the Monthly plan amount. Zendesk doesn't have a phone number to call to speak with a human so I sent in an email that same day telling them to void of refund the annual amount. It took days to hear from them and now its end of Nov 23 and we are going on 6+ weeks of my requesting a refund and all they keep saying is that they looping in someone from the finance department and they would get back with me soon. Some of the emails I have sent have take up to a week to get a response. For being a platform that companies use to provide excellent customer service to their clients, **********************'S CUSTOMER SERVICE TOWARD THEIR PAYING CLIENTS IS SOME OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. So I have filed a dispute on that annual charge now as it seems that is going to be the only way we will get our money back for the annual payment. Its absolutely ridiculous when all I wanted in the first place was to just change the payments to be pulled monthly, no other changes to the account were needed and now we have been way over charged. Think twice before signing up if you are looking into Zendesk. If you ever have a problem, its going to take weeks to months to resolve.

      I just submitted my review of Zendesk to the BBB. They claim to have submitted my refund but it does not show in my account. I asked my financial entity to review my account and there is no refund. They have repeatedly said they have made the refund. of course they also said it was due in 3-5 days then later said **** days. This is from their email after I complained about no refund: "We will be submitting a ticket to our management team to investigate this matter." I made the mistake of purchasing Cortexi (another issue for a complaint) and was seeking the refund for my purchase.

      We have been a Zendesk customer for going on 3 years. Longtime, loyal customer. I have been in contact with them since the end of August of 2022 requesting a seat reduction. It is now April 2023. They, of course, allow you to add seats very easily, but you must contact them to reduce your number of seats. At a cost of $100 per seat per month, these prices make a difference for a small business. Within the last year, they have made it so they do not have a centralized mailbox, no phone number, and theres no way to get in contact with their finance team directly, so I am getting one response from our account manager every 2 weeks, if Im lucky. This means that I am continuing to be charged for the higher number of seats while I wait for him to go back and forth with the finance team. For a company that is supposed to support customer service, this has been a truly terrible customer service experience.

      The absolute worst service. Tried changing the credentials on an account serviced by ********* and the guy couldn't figure it out. He simply gave up and closed the ticket. I requested to speak to a supervisor or department manager to get the issue resolved, and he never had anyone reach out to me. Every email I try sending to their customer support email, which is included on the communications we've had, comes back as an invalid address. My 11 year old daughter has been unable to play Minecraft because of our inability to change the email address associated with the account. Zendesk is the company it has to go through for some reason, and they are the absolute worst. I included all the information in detail for them when I opened the ticket. Then, they came back to me and asked for all the exact information that was right there in front of them on the very same email they replied back to me with. They have no focus on customer service. My daughter still can't play the game. I have five of these accounts, two of which I have been able to get them to fix over the last year. The guy who responded couldn't figure out what he was doing and just closed the ticket. Never did get contacted by the supervisor. I don't think they hire native English speakers, which is likely the cause of the issue. The guy's name was **************

      They do not honor the full refund. I payed $69.99 for a box with 20 items got a controller deck 1 item. Wanted my money back at first they were giving me 20% of my money back then 30% at I said yes then thought why should I only get 50% of my money when I didn't get what I ordered.

      I have sent a request to Zendesk to cancel my "Reach" subscription Tha was part of my Sell subscription package before my invoice date, and the response that I got was that based on our company policy you must submit a cancelation request 3 months before the renewal date..... This makes no sense at all... paying a few thousand bucks for a product that I am not using and I am not planning to use... so I basically pay just because of a stupid company policy... So I went ahead to file a dispute for the amount that was charged, and since I was not able to file a partial dispute, I had no other option but to dispute the full amount. and as I see the dispute did not go through which means that I paid the full amount of the invoice including the "Reach" subscription... AND one day I suddenly start getting messages from my agents that our Zendesk account was canceled....... with no previous notice.... this is simply ridiculous.......I would never deal with this company again

      Cannot trust this business at all! I tried Zendesk Sell CRM and really liked it. I told my rep that I would subscribe for one year. I put in my CC information and later found that the transaction would not go through. When I called my bank, I was told that the bank would not process the transaction because Zendesk was showing ** in their system as being a less-than-reputable company. So I called my rep and told him that the bank would not process the transaction and that I was going to look for another solution. ZENDESK RAN THE **** ANOTHER HALF DOZEN TIMES UNTIL THEY FINALLY GOT WHAT THEY WANTED! Now that I have found another solution, I am told that they will not process a refund. Before you give them your CC information, make sure that you absolutely want the product and that your bank will actually process the transaction... If I did this to my customers, I would be out of business!
