This company offered a guaranteed lifetime price and has started charging more. They did this in breach f contract and seem not to care. They actively seem to be rolling out this breach of contract to their consumers in waves so there isn't as big a deal about it as there should be.Initial Complaint

Around 09/2020 company began charging for services instead of free. Company offered customers to set their own prices and they would honor it forever. This is well documented online. On 2/5/2020 I received an email from company stating they would no longer offer lifetime price agreement and were raising it to $3.99 monthly. My agreed price was $1.99. The price change took effect on 2/10/2020. Ive emailed the company asking to remain on the legacy pro plus plan for $1.99 monthly and was responded with a canned email response other people received. I responded asking for an explanation why many people were stating they were able to get on a new plan but at the $1.99 price. I did not receive a response. I asked once again in a forwarded email to respond to the original email asking for a response and have not received one. The company needs to honor their forever offer of $1.99 not just for me, but for everyone they promise it to.Initial Complaint

I signed up for a subscription October 2020 and I was promised the price of $1.99 and will honor said price forever once I signed up. The company now is going to raise the price after promising they will honor it forever.
