            Ticket number ******** On Feb 9th 2021 an employee from PlanGrid / ***************** called me. She asked if we wanted to renew our service. I did ask is it was for ****************** and she said yes. ****************** goes through PlanGrid but there is also another service that we tried in 2020 and I told her we were not going to continue to use it. They even sent the contract to renew ****************** that I signed that day. In March exchanged multiple emails with PlanGrid about a 2021 renewal **** due. After they agreed that I did not approve the renewal for PlanGrid they changed the story. They said we needed to send a cancellation letter in writing 30days prior to the renewal date. If that was the case why didn't the employee that called on Feb 9th convey that we I told her not to renew? We ended emails with them saying they would note our account. Today, I received an email from an attorney stating that we had been turned over to legal collection and needed to pay.

            SCAM. Absolute fraud. They let any employee sign a contract for your business who doesn't have authority to do so, then you're on the hook for a 2K autorenewal. RECONSIDER BEFORE SIGNING UP WITH THEM. Seriously, it's not worth the hassle. The ONLY thing they employ people for is to field these complaints about their shady dealings. They absolutely know how to enforce an non-legal contract.
