            NOAH failed to refund me a portion of the appraisal as it was promised to. The Appraisal came in at a qualifying amount, and as closing approached they produced another appraisal with lower comps in my neighborhood. I tried to get a copy of the appraisal from the appraiser which I pad for from ************* and they wouldn't give me one. Then I got the qualifying appraisal from Juilleta at Noah. Act wouldn't let me get an Appraisal which I paid for. Noah has not given me a portion of the appraisal back which I paid for. I contacted them multiple times for the portion of the appraisal cost they promised back. I additionally warn against the shared equity product as it had Noah receiving more than 70% of my house in ten years. The value of my house is about $750,000 before Covid and has been valued at $730,000 by NAF. I was really disappointed in the gaslighting and cold nature of this business, it seemed like a good opportunity but the closer I got to funding the more vague they got.
