      I had money in the bank account when it was closed and was told my check would be mailed and still it has not yet been mailed to me it's ****** dollars that I'm just out caused they closed thought that was why they were fdic so my money was insured and guaranteed to get it back

      This bank is allowing fraudulent charges to be placed on my card. It completely ruined my business. The woman on the customer service line hung up on me and now no one will answer my calls.

      I had a business checking account when nearside, was under the busniess name hatchcard. July of 2021, my account was closed for undisclosed reasons. ****** that time period, I was told the remaining balance on my account would be mailed to the address on file. Recently, after going thru financial records for past three years, it was noticed that the final balnce check was never recived. I called there customer suppor on 7/19/2022, and was able to verify myself to the customer service rep. ****** the call, she informed me that the check never had been issued. She was going to escalate the matter to get the check sent out to myself. When calling shortly after that phone call, the next customer service rep, refused to tell me anything as to my balance status, and could only inform me that there where no updates. My account information can be verifed by the following information. At time of closure of account, my email was *************************************,and phone number **************. The address on file for the busines and personal was ********************************. My dob is 11/26/76 and last four of ssn ****. That should be more then enough to verify me and help identify my account. I beleive the total balance in my account was between **** and **** dollars. Considering its been over 12 months of never returning my funds to myself. I'm demanding the funds be returned by mail or any other ways they're willing to .

      For months I have been trying to get this resolved to no avail. There is no way to speak to anyone on the phone. Their phone number just hangs up on you after going thru several promts. I have 11 referral which I am supposed to be compensated 50$ each and I have gotten 1. I also never got my signup bonus for getting the account. It has been several months past the time frame to receive these and I'm starting to feel like they are nothing but scammers. I would like to be paid the 550$ I'm rightfully owed.

      I have called and sent email after email trying to contact this bank and have had no response. My money was taken and they locked me out of my online account. I have been calling for over 3 months now and still no response. They have no address, you can not update any of your information, so you have to keep old information on your account. Every time I call they tell me they will have to call me back, but no call ever comes. I have money that is set to come there, and because I can not get into my account, people keep stealing it and there is nothing I can do. Please will someone look into these crooks, I know I can not be the only one this is happening to. Internet ********************** Thank you for submitting your complaint to the IC3.       July 2021 $1200.My business id So you Think You Can Shoot LLC back in July 2021 they closed my account for no reason and I had $1200 in my account. I reached out every single day and was given the runaround I told them if they dont give me my money I would get a lawyer then they told me ok have my lawyer call them. Hatch has ceased all contact with me and i am now out $1200 that I desperately needed. Hatch has stolen $1200 from me and there is nothing I can do this is unacceptable.
