I engaged the company to generate a logo and associated files, to include stationery, word templates, business cards, etc. After a long drawn out process, they finally provided the logo files. However, there was a break in communication due to covid and holidays and some issues on our part.I tried to establish contact again to get the missing files (stationery, word templates, email signature, business cards, envelopes, invoices, etc), and have received no response.I simply want the items that I paid for.

LOGO Iconix develope my business website is currently hosting it. They demanded more money for marketing and when I didnt want to pay it they been adding links to virues and other websites. I demanded for this to stop they just keep doing it. I try to move the website to another host and they will not release my web page. I want them to stop planting viruses and links to other sites until my hosting contract is done with them. I want for this changes to be done imediately and for them to continue harrassing me like this until my contract is done. Nobody else can add this link and viruses besides them I already consulted with other companies. I want them to give me the money back for the hosting I already paid or to leave my website alone until my contract is done.

Logo Iconix designed my business logo and my website later on. I was very happy with them because my page and logo are beautiful. I started having problem with the company when they were trying to sell me services I did not need or want. Last year they offered me a book deal and I told them i was not ready for something like that. Then **** offered me a SEO package for marketing and I told him I couldnt afford it yet. He then try to sell me security for my web page for $200 per month. I said I cant afford it. The page was ok until last years thors the end of the year my clients were complaining of getting malware or viruses when clicking on my page. I contact them the times I got the problem and they told me it was not the webpage that everything was under control. **** contacted me this year selling me their SEO package again. this time I agreed and paid $3500. Its been 3 months since I bought the package and they have not done anything to my page or for marketing for my business.

This complaint is in regards to harassment, originating from LogoIconix. They were hired to do work for me back in Feb 2020 to Jul 2020. I began to receive marketing text messages from their company during that time, but they continued after, though I'd unsubscribe. They appeared to spin off into ads for writing a book, logos, and (again) a website, coming from different numbers (almost) every time. And even a year later, after I have already gone on their LogoIconix websites chat several times and threatened to report them to BBB if they did not remove me form their marketing text messages, I am continuing to receive harassing marketing texts. The website links in texts can be broken or even, as ****** notes "to steal passwords, messages." I received a message from ****** notating that someone else has access to my email password. LogoIconix required a Teamwork Projects Login and possibly had access to such. Next, I will seek to get the ************************ involved. Thank you.

      ******/ ***************************,

Hope you are doing well, the marketing message does not suggest it was from logoiconix.com as we have removed your number from the list on 20th July 2020. We only did the real estate logo one year ago this was it

I am rejecting this response because: The same day that Complaint from BBB was recorded as forwarded to the business, 8/26/21, I received two spam emails in my inbox (the same email address registered with LogoIconix). The ones from Geico only begun once I began doing business w/LogoIconix. (Something of that nature normally goes to my Spam.) I see this as a backlash. I am thus upgrading my request for ****************************** as well to be removed from LogoIconix's contact list (and from any of their DBA/affiliate companies). As you can see with the two spam emails, they have the same type of in-line graphics herein.

Please find below in blue below the breadth of my complaint.

This complaint is in regards to harassment, originating from LogoIconix. They were hired to do a logo, business card, letterhead, and envelope for me back in February 2020. We finished our business dealings in July 2020, with quite some bumps in the road. During this time period, I began to receive marketing text messages, specifically for hiring them to create a website. Then, I began to receive text messages about logos (even though I had already hired them for one) and writing a book.  And even a year later, after I have already gone on their LogoIconix websites chat several times and threatened to report them to BBB if they did not remove me form their marketing text messages, I am continuing to receive harassing text messages that I believe has originated from them.

Initially,he (*****************, *********************--the LogoIconix representatives email signature name changed several times, although the voice on the end of the phone remained the same) appeared professional and was quite responsive. However, he began to become very aggressive (texts/calls) regarding hiring them for designing a website, but I ultimately turned his offers down. Once well into the process and I began to hold my ground on not being interested in the website, he began to be delayed w/my work turnaround (and would need check-in reminders).

During the time of me requesting for the print dimensions to be corrected towards the end (something he should know) so that I could do printing with a third party (as I was looking forward to ending my business relationship w/them), he even one time sent me a religious icon symbol w/an eye of Horus.  Then apologized that hed sent it.  He would have known I was a ********* from my online profile. I have gone in my emails to try to find it, but it appears it has been deleted. I can not access it. I believe he uses a platform, Teamwork Projects (of which we are required to sign into at the beginning of hiring) to be able to do so. (Please see attachments herein regarding such.)

With putting all the pieces together, I think this is defined as harassment. A dominating spirit--not even fearing being offensive. I asked several times to be removed this year and threatened w/BBB, by going to their original Logoiconix via Chat. He/they agreed. But then texts would re-appear. I was out of the country for the summer and thus not receiving texts due to utilizing a foreign number. Then, upon my return, the harassing text messages began again;and ****** sent me an email upon my arrival (from the account where I signed up w/Teamworks Projects w/LogoIconix) that I should change my password, bc someone else was logging into my account. My complaint--I am requesting removal from their text messages list and for anyone reading this to post, to check if you are receiving the same and report accordingly as well.

      Thank you for listening,

      Sincerely,

      ***************************
