      Inland logistics fraudulently charged me for delivery of a product that one of their employees then stole.

      Hello dear customer,

      We are sorry for the delay of your package, as our customer service team inform through our ticketing system, we were facing delays on the area. The package was delivered on 02/26/2024, it was not lost or stolen, once again, we are deeply sorry for the incovenience.

      We will work with our operations team to improve our services for the area and take this complain as a feedback to improve our delivery time.

      Inland logistics failed to deliver an item claiming it did not arrive at their facility. I no point during the process was I informed of the failed arrival myself and the company I ordered from were left completely in the dark. I filled out a support ticket with the company and they took no action to correct the issue. As far as I am concerned they are scammers and probably thiefs based on my experience and other reviews 1 star on *******

      We have an order that was supposed to be delivered to the address of the customer but has another customer's first and last name, though we received a request to our customer service team on the name of ***********************, Tracking ** *********** and they took care of the customer explaining the situation. We send the information to the shipping company so they could work on the case (see ss attached) and we also inform the customer that the shipping company should take the case 

       

      We are not responsible for the line haul with the shipper, so if a package does not arrive at our facility it is probably because there was an inconvenience at the warehouse with the shipping company, not the delivery company. Our custody with the package starts at the moment we scan the packages at our mixing center. Customer stands that we did not inform them of the situation but there is a tracking status that he has access too and also the information provided by our customer service team.

      I placed an order from Target on 4/1 and Inland Logistics was the shipping company who picked up the order on 4/2 . The item was supposed to be delivered on 4/4 with 2 day shipping. I contacted the company via email on 4/6 and was told the item would arrive by 4/10. I have tried to email and called multiple times and there is no answer at the company. I want to know where my package is as tracking has no been updated and there is no way to contact this company.

      We ordered a package from target.com to be delivered by 5/4/2022, my sons birthday. This company Inland Logistics was the carrier that picked it up to be delivered to us. We tracked the package via the tracking number provided to us, INLAND101587335. On 5/2/2022 the package was tracked to my town Fresh *******, **. On 5/4/2022 we called at 4:35pm to see when the package would be delivered. We where informed that it would not be delivered until 5/7/2022. Pushed out 3 days, with the possibility of it being delivered sooner. It is now 5/7/2022. Tracking has not been updated since 5/2/2022. I called there phone number again today, I was again informed that the package might not be delivered until 5/10/2022 at the earliest. I asked to speak with a supervisor and to have there contact information given to me. I was informed that that information is confidential and I could not be given that information. I was told that the most that could be done is that the pack be pushed to hopefully get to us by 5/10. When I then demanded a supervisor, I was again informed that supervisor information is confidential and I was hung up on. I called right back same person picked up, she told me that I tried to transfer you and was hong up on again. When I called back again right after the phone just rang, rang, and rang.
