This company scammed my company and took our money. We paid on June 26th $469.00 for both the website design ($399) and logo design ($70) and on the invoice it shows that 100% money back guarantee and their website advises that we can get a full refund if the project has not been started on so my company decided to not proceed with this company to do our website as their communication from doing our logo was terrible so we were just going to have them just do our logo and not the website. The logo was the first project that they were told to work on and then the website would be next (they did not start on the website yet as they were working on the logo) so I advised this to *************************** (who works for that company) prior to him starting on the website as he was STILL currently working on our logo and I advised to him that my company does not want to proceed with the website and just do the logo and we were told that we would be able to get FULLY refunded (and also the invoice states money back guarantee) but they refused to refund us the website portion and I was told that I would receive a phone call from their "finance" department on 7/6 or 7/5 and no one called me and **** (who works for the company) kept yelling at me over the phone and interrupting me while I was talking to try to get my point across so then I just told them we do not want anything done with your company due to how disrespectful and how bad this company's business practices are and now I am requesting for a FULL refund of both the logo and the website due to not having to deal with this company at all. It is very frustrating that this company is allowed to scam people as if you look at their reviews, they have scammed several other potential clients. This company NEEDS to be investigated and handled appropriately - they are full of scammers and belligerent individuals.
