I received the first email and I figured it was a scam so I didn't reply, then I received two more emails within the next two weeks. I have not signed up that email with that company! *************************** When contacting them today customer service could not tell me how they got ahold of the email in question. At this point I just want to be removed from all future communication, and an explanation of how they came to having that email address.Initial Complaint

A *******************, Regional Sales Manager at BairesDev, has consistently been spamming my business account with unsolicited spam and refuses to follow the CANSPAM Act to remove me from the company's email list. The marketing practices of this company are extremely questionable and the phone numbers listed for the company always go to a voicemail.Initial Complaint

This company randomly emailed my personal staff work email which I do not share with anyone outside of work, and work related things. The sender said they got this email from my "Indeed.com" profile, only I haven't needed to use Indeed since prior to my current job and the email is from my current job. I did double check my profile and sure enough, this email was not listed anywhere on indeed. I did get the email within an hour of signing up to meet with a sales person from Scribenow.com using my work email, could be coincidence, but putting that information here in case anyone else finds themselves in a similar boat. I have tried twice now to reply to the email to ask the sender to clarify what profile they got the email from as my suspicion is that somehow they obtained the email through unethical or possibly illegal means.Initial Complaint

I recently attempted to apply for a job posting with BairesDev, however, through the application process I realized my information was being used to create an account and profile; one I did not wish for. Also, I was asked for a video, and voice analysis through the process, something that appears quite unusual in my field of work. Upon attempting to delete the profile, I realized there is no opportunity to delete it. Contact number for the company does not work and I would rather have the profile deleted as I am not interested in working with a company that appears to collect personal information on individuals for purposes unknown. I would like the profile created deleted immediately.Initial Complaint

****** has been emailing me and spamming me to my personal email address on a continual basis for almost an entire year. I have asked them numerous times to stop emailing me and they persist. This is unwanted solicitation and I am tired of it.
