    I spoke with support on this topic.. it appears that Skylight DOES NOT fully support Outlook at all as their advertising loosely indicates. The Skylight page explicitly says "Seamlessly auto-syncs with" and displays an Outlook icon.. HOWEVER, after speaking with support, they admit this:"As of the moment, Outlook calendar is not yet supported with two-way sync, which means that when you add an event to Skylight, it will not show up on your Outlook calendar. " I've tried syncing with username / password (no 2FA) and it seems to sync for about 6 hours, then it fails and will not allow a re-sync with the same credentials, which is hugely disruptive.I've also tried with an .ics file using these steps but, it SEEMS to me to a be a one time sync as it doesn't appear to update events on the Skylight calendar that are added to my Outlook calendar after the initial sync... and definitely does not add events added to the Skylight calendar back to my Outlook calendar basically making the device useless for me. On that last topic they say "However, I understand that you've encountered an issue where events added to Outlook are not showing up on the Skylight calendar either." and advise to reboot the calendar to fix the problem.At this point, I need to do the following to make your product work. 1. Enable two factor authentication on my Outlook account. 2. Generate an alias for the Outlook account each time. 3. Generate a NEW app password that can ONLY be used in Skylight.Even with these extra steps, the calendar will only stay synced for a few hours, then I get an email that says "Your calendar is no longer synced" at which point I need to repeat the steps above. The credentials generated above for the previous sycn WILL NO LONGER WORK.

    I ordered a Skylight Calendar under the assumption that it would be shipped out the next day based on what it says on the website. When I reached out almost a week later to get an update because it still had not shipped, they totally ignored my question and would not give me an estimate for when it would be shipped. I kept waiting and kept emailing them back until I finally called them during their stated business hours only to find they don't answer the phone and tell you to email them.There are a ton of misleading statements on the website designed to make clients think that they are better than their competition such as the chart that specifically points out how other competitors don't have their products available but they do and they ship their products daily. That is completely designed to lead customers to believe that if they order their product that it is ready to be shipped to them the very next day, when in fact I found multiple reviews showing that some people's orders still hadn't shipped to them after almost 2 months. They have a voicemail telling customers calling in that they have extremely high call volume as if they are even answering the phone when people call in which they are not because I was never even given the opportunity to wait on hold for a customer service rep.When it comes to customer reviews they designed the website to only show the 5 star reviews and to hide the lower rated reviews at the end of hundreds and hundreds of pages of reviews so that you would have to spend an hour scrolling through pages of reviews to finally find the negative reviews of the company. I only was able to find a bad review when I did a keyword search and the initial reviews that popped up didn't have the word I searched for but they were 5 star reviews. Once I got to the last page of the results I finally found the bad reviews that had the exact word that I searched for in them.
