I live in **************, ***For over thirty years PGE has been conducting rolling black outs in this area. This last week it seems like every day that shut off the electricity and then quickly turn it back on again. This is not good for my electronics; they have ruined several of my computers this way.Monopolys are supposed to be against the law; yet PGE has one of the largest monoolys in the State of CA.They should not be allowed to get away with this practice. They are also responsible for many of the wildfires in **********; and they should be held responsible for the damage that they have caused It was better when the government was responsible for electricity I wonder which govt officials are getting kick backs for this abuse to PGE customers .

They are the only choice allowed in our area and can charge whatever they want to and then turn the power off several times for hours at a time. Just today, they have turned it off twice throughout our area with no explanation. We are going on hour 3 now with no power! Governor ******, the super majority in Ca and PG&E must be friends because our legislature does nothing about this! Meanwhile PG&E causes fires, charges a lot of money to consumers and then doesnt even give them power they are paying for 365 days, 24/7!

OUR TRUE UP IS $6200! How is that possible? PG&E is stealing from families that are trying to save on costs. How does anyone afford a true up of this size with solar panels. This is an average of $512/month. IT'S ROBBERY! They should be ashamed of themselves. CORPORATE GREED!

PG&E provides an inferior product, holds ********** hostage with it's monopoly, and constantly raises it's rates. What this company does is criminal and needs to be viewed/treated as such. Their product has killed people, destroyed communities, and they've never been held accountable.

If a squirrel sneezes near a power line we lose power for 8+ hours. Basic infrastructure that we pay out the a** for shouldn't be this unreliable. Absolute garbage.

This company doesnt give a c*** about their customers. They gaslight us. You make payments and they still shut you off, then literally force you to make payments you can afford due to hikes they dont warn their customers about!!

My bill in the summer of 2023 was $78 as I live in a one bedroom apartment that is so small, I pay $700 for rent a month. My bill went up in December from 112 to 187, and so I started to use less energy and save. The next bill I got in Janurary was 252 even though I turn off my heater and all electricity for hours a day. I am using so little electricity at this point in my tiny apartment, and I just a $$336 bill!! $336- AN $84 INCREASE IN A ***** AFTER ANOTHER 100 INCREASE!!!! I can not pay this bill and so shut off my power and will never pay PG&E ever again. I watched them raise their rates by 17%, then 13% on TV but in reality they are charging so much. To pay for their mistakes too with their lines. Do not give any of your money to these people, they are stealing from us and making us broke with infinite increasing!!!! $336 a month for a one bedroom apartment.....PG&E needs to be never used by anyone!! Search local power, use Pioneer, message representatives and ask for a cap. They went bankrupt in 2018 because they are a bad company, do not use them!!! Clearly they do not understand demand and supply Equilibrium.

I have given PGE ****** payment 12/27/2023 ***** payment 1/6/2024 ****** payment 2/17/2024 To pay off my balance of ****** from 12/18/2023 outstanding bill.I'm on Social Security fixed income and I can't afford to keep giving PGE money to pay off my bill from last year which they refuse to use all money and use it only on current bills each month... which is pushing me further and further into debt.

PG&E accepts payments via PayPal. So I used cash from my PayPal account plus funds from my checking account to pay my bill in full, 2 days before the due date. I received a PayPal receipt for the PG&E payment but it has not appeared in their system yet. Today they told me that they will not accept my receipt as proof of payment. They also told me that if the payment still has not posted in the system by 5 PM on the due date, it will appear in my record as a missed payment, and that customers in this situation can face service disconnection, voiding of payment arrangements, etc. I am anxiously waiting. This is FOUL.
