      In June 2023, I took my kids on a short trio to *************. I visited this Aleenk Technologies location. I purchased three phone chargers in the amount of $354. One immediately started glitching and would charge appropriately and another one was forced into the charging port and damaged my sons brand new ******* galaxy S22 by one of the salesman to prove it fit and I didn't realize what he had done until I got back to my hotel room. The very next day, I went back to the store to return them. The girl who sold them to me realized that there was a problem but said they were final sale and had no way of returning my money. She advised me to contact my bank and file a claim. So I did! And SHE TOOK BACK THE MERCHANDISE!!! Now, July 22, 2023, after over a 1 month investigation, the bank decided they could not return my money because Aleenk provided a receipt of purchase and I had no documentation showing the store took back my merchandise. So now I'm out my money and the merchandise! I have tried calling the store several times but the number is not a legit number. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! I have left a phone message with the number on the website and emailed them today but I'm sure i won't hear back. My next move is to fly back out there and confront this sales girl who completely scammed me!!!! This place is selling crappy products at high prices and literally robbing people with the "No Returns" thing that they do not tell you about at all until you try to return!! Don't buy from them!!!! They need to be shut down!!! BIG TIME SCAMMERS!!!

      Date of transaction: May 18, 2023 Amount: $543.14 What business committed to provide to you: a small robot or nothing Nature of dispute: did not receive product, instead was given a lot of unneeded items, confusing a senior citizen, receipt didnt match products, did not receive a refund upon return of all items Has the business tried to resolve the problem: No Account/order/tracking number: None All supporting documents have been provided to the credit card company to dispute. I do not wish to share these items with the untrustworthy company.I wish for my personal information to be withheld from this company, as they are untrustworthy.

      I purchased a RLX-100 bluetooth stereo headphones and a RLX Battery Case from this merchant on 2/7/22. The merchant doesn't clearly explain their return policy. The items i purchased are counterfit devices and i checked the company name RLX and it does appear to be a company however this merchant seems to have products that have varying wording on it IE RLX Battery Case vs the Manufactures website where it says RLX Phone Case. I was pushed into a sale by a pushy salesman that started telling me these RLX-100 headphones are worth $500.00. He offers them to me at $250. I said no multiple times. He then lowers the offer to $75 for them and the battery case for $114.88. Once i received the items, i attempted to return them on 2/8/22 and was told no returns even though the items are in their unopened packaging. The items are counterfit and do differ from the manufactures website you can tell by looking at the wording on the sealed packaging and i was also given a battery case that was opened and used as i looked into it more the packaging should have been sealed. I wish to return this merchandise to this merchant but i cannot get ahold of them to do so. I am willing to ship the items back in their original packaging so that i can get a refund. I also asked for a receipt but they refused to provide one. The only thing i can provide is the credit card charge receipt that proves i did business with the merchant. I am also finding that the advertising and sales tactics here are false claims and the products do not hold their warranties

      The date of the transaction was on 10 December 2021 at 3:24 pm in the amount of $271.25. The salesman told me and my wife that the item was made in **********, not some cheaply made ******* product. On the box said designed in **********, but he covered up the made in PRC. Once I got back to my room and looked at the box and saw that it was made in PRC. I called the phone number on the receipt, of course no one answered. I went back to the location as soon as they opened and of course the receipt said no refund. I told the salesman that he lied about where the item was made, his response was I never said that it was not made in *****, I only said it was designed in **********. I said why would I purchase this item from you if it was made in ***** and I could have purchased a similar item form amazon for $34.95. As I was trying to look at the the reviews, ************ should not be in business with the reviews that I saw online. I attempted to get my money back once I was deceived. I want my money back.
