Ginger lab is changing its end user agreement at November 1st that announce that their fellow software on App Store called notability is changing its form from single purchase to a annually subscription based service. The only compensation they are offering is a one year of premium subscription. And after one year, I have to purchase their as said subscription in-order to keep my ability to: edit my documents as I want, use as much brushes as I like, change hand writing into mathematics, share docs via links This behavior not only violate apples app stores policy but also violates my customer right between me and ********************** use agreement when purchased it as a software listed as single time purchase.Initial Complaint

I purchased an app for $8.99 from them December 30, 2020. All the features included are now being taken away and begin blocked by a subscription fee. This was not what I agreed too when purchasing the app. They have switched from a pay to own to a subscription and are taking away what I paid for. All attempts at getting a refund have proven fruitless.
