Horrible customer service service. Have to wait weeks for emails, no phone number to speak with a real person on filing a dispute on unauthorized money taken from my account. Never do business with Branch. What a joke, now I'm out $182!!!!Karmas a bitch!!Review from Mathias P

Called me and told me I meet one of their folks on a vacation. I declined to review their information. Right after they hung up with me they called one of my direct reports and told her that I wanted her to connect with them to review their information. Dirty and deseptive practices. October 22, 2023. Called Jamillah at Avis and she said that Anthony never collected the money from Branch/UberPro card. Branch bank stole, withheld or hid this money from being collected from myself or Avis then refused to release the funds I had to upload to the UberPro Branch card to pay the Avis rental for my weekly Uber rental car fees. The Branch, UberPro card hide this money from Avis when they tried to collect it and in return, Avis reported the car missing when they knew that I had the car. If you are a rideshare driver NEVER trust a ghost bank aka online bank when it comes to paying bills because they may not get paid even if you have to load this card, very strong possibility that Branch will withholds your funds for weeks and not pay who it was intended to collect when you have paid another way. I lost my rental and became homeless after this scheme that they played. Then they had charged me for a dirty car, when Avis had given me a dirty car with no gas but proceeded to charged me for a full tank anyways being greedy at my expense. This company doesn't know how to properly transfer funds to external banks on request of account holders. This has happened several times to my Branch account. The latest episode is still ongoing where Branch claims to have transferred the funds, but my bank rejected the transaction because of Branch error. I have provided Branch with my bank's statement of this rejection, but I still don't have access to my money. I simply want this issue resolved so I can close my Branch account and never allow them near my earnings again.Branch Messenger, Inc. Response

This company has horrible customer service. And an even worse fraud department. Last week I inquired about a seven dollar charge I didn’t recognize and without any notice this company decided to turn off my debit card on Friday so that I had no access to my money for a three day weekend. I don’t have a single email or phone call or message on the app telling me that that’s what you guys are gonna do. I found out by trying to use my card on Apple Pay and it wouldn’t authorize. My only option on Sunday wants to write an email to support, which I did pleading for a manager or somebody to call me back to rectify the situation. It is now noon on Tuesday and I never heard back from them so I called them myself and confirmed that yes my card was canceled without notice and a new one is being shipped and it will be here in 10 to 12 business days.. I asked about expediting. The answer was no I asked about speaking to a supervisor or somebody above the young lady I was talking to, and the answer was no. I would never use this company if I wasn’t forced to because of my job and I’ll be sure to encourage him to find another bank. I used this app for my payments since I am a Spark driver. The app itself is VERY limited and I can't even get access to the money I've earned. I've spoken to someone everyday since Monday (7-10-23) and no one has resolved my issue. I have over $100 sitting in that account that I can't even access because no one is willing to help. The hold times are ridiculously long, there's barely any communication, and I was promised a supervisor would call me back DAYS ago and never heard anything. This place is ridiculous. You can't ever talk to anyone on the phone. And the emails are just as bad. I been trying to get into my account for over a week and it just was impossible. I will never use this banking company ever again.Branch Messenger, Inc. Response

I use this card to secure a rental car. The rental car company put a hold on my account until the end of the contract. After the payment was processed and deducted from my account branch did not release the hold. According to federal regulation they have 1 to 2 days to release the hold. Last month it took 10 days for them to release the funds. This month is already been 7 days with no action and the over $1500 is still being held.Review from K. L

After DAYS of not being able to obtain an advance, RIGHT WHEN I NEED IT THE MOST, NO ONE answers their, "non-customer service", number, and ZERO response to emails! Even my employer says they've become a CURSE to deal with! Too bad I can't give a negative rating!!!!
