It is impossible to receive any customer support from ********************** which is incredibly terrifying considering they are holding all of my 401k earnings. They do not answer calls or emails. It has been an extremely frustrating process. I do not recommend any other company use them as their 401k provider.

Im extremely disappointed with Human Interest and the significant issues we've faced as a result of their service. I would recommend them to no one. We've had countless invoicing errors: We spent over a year trying to correct monthly fee invoicing errors. Despite constant follow-**** the issue remained unresolved for an unacceptable length of time.Zero audit support: Our first 401k audit for the 2022 plan year was a nightmare due to Human Interest. Their lack of reporting, unresponsiveness (our contact disappeared for weeks), and numerous errors almost cost us an additional $15,000 in auditor fees. The audit was delayed beyond the extended deadline because of these issues. The general support is non existent: we continuously have to follow up and involve additional team members just to get timely responses. Their support is anything but timely or efficient.Withholding Errors: The final straw was Human Interests miscalculation of employee withholdings and incorrectly placing employees on a different company plan. It took the threat of contacting the BBB to get a reasonable response. These errors, which have persisted for months, pose a significant risk to our plan and could lead to audit failures or DOL penalties. Employees have also been missing their 401k match due to these errors. We initially chose Human Interest based on a recommendation from Rippling to help manage our 401k plan and reduce our workload. Instead, weve ended up spending significant time and effort correcting Human Interests errors and chasing support. This has cost our company both time and money, and we are now questioning Ripplings recommendation of Human Interest.
