Also we did not receive any notifications for the flight rescheduling from the Burner Express Air whether through email or text. Since the internet could not working inside Black Rock city then, we were unable to reschedule our flights, and moreover, the poor accommodations made it impossible for us to stay longer, anyway, the tickets we booked were failure to use for reasons not attributable to us.We have sent an email to ******************************************* requesting refunds for the BXAir tickets, but only received refunds for two orders (****** and ******), so please help us process the refund request for the remaining orders.
