In speaking with the customer service team, the free trial they offered was to be extended; however, my credit card was charged an annual fee for their product without the extension. I have contacted their customer support team as well as the employee who told me my trial would be extended. It's been over 2 weeks without a response.

I was shown an Ad for Playbook on Instagram on 9/23. I was interested in the product listed so went on their page to make an account. The page initially asked from credit card info for a trial, email address, etc. But then, the I formation became more sensitive, requiring you to give your social security number to utilize the product. I was uncomfortable with this so stopped the setup process. It was not until I was looking at bank statements in November, that I realized Id been charged for End of Trial in October and a new November fee. I went on the website and found the support information. I called but no one answered so I submitted a request. I told them I had not used the service, that I was not aware I was enrolled and that I would like a refund for November and the trial and to have my account deleted.A few weeks later I received a refund for November on my car statement. I send another request saying I still needed a refund for the original trial. Then, in December I was charged again. Apparently they had not deleted my account and had sent an email with instructions on deleting that my email had sent to promotions. I again emailed saying I havent used the product and would like to be refunded for December and the original trial charge. They said I hadnt deleted my account and couldnt offer a refund. I asked to talk to management or someone else and they offered a prorated refund 50% for February, even though I had contacted them about this in November prior to the December charge. They said my account was now deleted. I responded saying I needed a full refund as I had requested it be deleted before and didnt even know I was part of the trial. No response.

I did not create this account, on November 9,2022 my card was charged ****** and that ******** my account and charged me another ***** to cover the overdraft. I filed a dispute with my debit card company in November 10, 2022 and still could not reach out and get a hold of this merchant. Finally I thought to try to log on to this website I found, and proceeded to reset the password so I could log on. All of the information for myself was wrong and that showed me I in fact did not set this account up. I continued to try to get a hold of the merchant, after emails and numerous calls, I had no luck contacting them until I set up a one on one appointment, which gave me ************************************ and he coresponded with me about processing my full refund, then I head nothing after November 15. I am a single disabled mother of 3 and my water has been shut off due to this unauthorized use. My card was cancelled that was used to make the charge, so I sent my new debit card information over to Mr. **** and have not heard anything back or gotten my money back. Please help me, I need help and am desperate to have my funds allocated back to me ASAP, THE $****** + $***** for the overdraft charge, I feel I should not have to be responsible for the overdraft charge since I have an active dispute claim open and will not be able to get any provisional credit towards my account for this unauthorized use until November 28, 2022 from my debit card company. PLEASE HELP!
