Do NOT use this service. I had it set up for my Aunt's caregiver to use to buy her supplies, etc. First off, they charge you $12(!) a month to use YOUR MONEY. Then, when I pointed out some fraudulent charges, they refused to credit the account due to "lack of evidence." Stay far away!Review from Bearmare3

I was given this by My Uncle for My Grandpa passed away and Left money but because I'm in recovery and my husband literally passed a year ago I guess I'm Unstable to a bunch of Rich people, oh Yah, anyway this stupid card is never on when it is supposed to be and so many rules I feel like a child, I am a 39 year old widow, with Children to take care of, whoever made this company is a Thief!!!Review from Sandra E

Ordered one of their **** Debit Cards 12/3 and as of today, 12/23, still no card. Called on card 12/14 and was told card will arrive by 12/21. When I spoke with 'Ray' today, I was told card was sent out on 12/18 and that they had been having a lot of trouble with their card distributor (company doesn't send out cards itself). Asked about having another card expedited to me and they will charge me $30.00 to fix their problem. My other card companies have done it at no cost. Starting to think I shared my personal info with a fraudulent organization. I would give them no stars if that was possibleReview from Lori W

This card does not have 24 hour customer service hours with a live agent. When you are having trouble with your card there's no immediate help
