I purchased a tablet that came with Kidomi already installed for children with a one year subscription. I had never heard of nor used this but let my Grandson living with me and two I keep regularly try the toddler/preschool platform since it was already there. In December I told them due to none of the children liking the service or using it (backed by user history) I wanted to cancel the subscription. They have since attempted numerous times to charge my Debit account and now emails to them come back saying the address doesn't work. I have proof it did before with their own confirmation email dated 12/30/2021. If I was attempting theft of their money with unlawful bank drafts I would be sent to prison. They need investigated, shut down, and to STOP ATTEMPTING TO STEAL FROM ME. KIDOMI run by Fingerprint Digital, Inc.
