ClubFeast promised discounted meal through subscription (pre-pay) for credit, the users/subscribers then place the order using available credit. It went on for a while though Club Feast consistently raise the price for meal and delivery. Club Feast app stop working for weeks without any communication. It took a lot of efforts to get those credit refunded. (The previous unused credits refunded on 7/5).Club Feast then charge me again on 7/16 for $10.48. I have reached out to Club Feast through text (as stated in its website), chat (with representative) and email without success. The amount/dispute with Club Feast is so little and Club Feast made it extremely difficult to get refund or incorrect fee even when the app is totally not working. Club Feast also failed to refund incorrect fee charged for delivery. The difference is $1.50.It would appear that Club Feast is dragging its feet and hope people would give up trying. $11.98 is the amount Club Feast owe me. A screenshot of the email sent to Club Feast is attached. Also attached is my credit card showing the charge on 7/16 and no refund was issued to date.Initial Complaint

On 7/4/2022 I was billed a monthly fee of $41.94 by Club Feast for a mean delivery plan subscription.Since that time, there are no restaurants listed to order from so I am paying for a service that not being fulfilled I contacted the company via both email and chat, asking if new vendors would be added. No reply I then decided to cancel my plan and attempted to follow the company's FAQs to do so. In the app there is no option under my plan to cancel. Therefore I would be billed immediately next month on my debit card for a service that is not being fulfilled in any way.I have also texted and called their ****** Voice phone number to no avail.I simply want someone to respond, cancel my plan and send a confirmation of the cancellation to my email.Screenshots attached: 1) the app, where it shows I cannot cancel the overall plan, 2) app options if you choose to change plan (no cancellation available, and 3) billing historyInitial Complaint

I have asked ClubFeast to delete my data and close my account multiple times and their operators pretend that they have done it and end the conversation. This episode occurred again today. It's pretty ridiculous.Business response

This business Club Feast claims they'll pay drivers $30.00 an hour and more, the money will be deposited to a pay service called Branch, 24 hours after the first shift. After 24 hours they tell you they need another 24 hours.
