Look Im Legitimately NEVER ordering from this company again! The fact that you can place an order and they take your money instantly and the restaurant has a technical issue. They just take your money instantly. But when it comes down to refunding you your money when youre hungry, you have to wait 3 to 5 business days when it didnt take 3 to 5 business days for them to take your money. Now my family is sitting here stuck with no food hungry having to wait for a refund that we should have gotten instantly instead of having to wait for it AND NOT IN THE FORM OF A F****** CREDIT IN THE FORM OF THE MONEY THAT WAS SPENT TO USE TO ORDER THE FOOD IN THE FIRST PLACE! Clearly you guys are greedy as h*** and money hungry to the point where you dont give a s*** if people get what they paid for or not! I hope you guys get sued because all you do is prey on the less fortunate and steal the money they worked hard for! No accountability!!!!! Take your money!!!!!! Screws up order by delivering it to the wrong address, true to tell me that I put in the address, I send them the screen shot of the original order with the correct address. Tells me they're going to keep my money for ***** days. How can they get away with this!?!?!??Review from Trent J

BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE!!! DOORDASH WILL NOT PAY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR CONTRACT. USE UBER EATS & GRUB HUB I submitted multiple complaints regarding payment for orders that have been fulfilled by my company and they have yet to pay. They send merchants in circles playing the same game. They are all foreigners and trained in being rude and unhelpful. BEWARE, I will be filing a federal lawsuit for breach of contract and damages against the company.Review from Jessi M

I ordered food and cancelled it within seconds and they stood with my entire amount $40 bucks. Fraud !! I spoke to several reps which none seem to care and were rude over the phone. They should be shut down!Review from Tamara D

Horrible customer service. Don't know your ordering with Doordash from most restaurants. Dashers can't follow directions, don't speak English to communicate with and/or won't even answer the phone. National restaurant chains using a piece of you know what company to deliver their food. You have to battle between the restaurants and Doordash to get a refund for orders not delivered. Worse company in the world. They really need investigated. Huge rip off!Review from Rick V

Has enrolled me for Dashpass TWICE charging my card 96 dollars for something I never asked for. The first time it happened I was understanding and simply chalked it up to me misreading a promotion they had running and took it on the chin. Contacted them to let them know, made sure I cancelled the auto reinrollment, and went about my days. THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN THE FOURTEENTH OF APRIL of this year. Got no notification, never asked if I wanted to enroll in it, never got a notif I had been charged, but its my fault that I used the benefits thinking it was still from the first time they charged me. Contacted them again and same thing. Ridiculous and fraudulent.Review from Jessica D

I spent over $35 and never received my food. DoorDash refused to give my money back when you can clearly look on ****** earth and compare it to the picture the driver took of my food sitting at the wrong door and see that is not the picture of my front door. I stopped using DoorDash because they never deliver to the right location and against my better judgement, since I moved to a new town, I decided to give them one more try and THIS happens. DoorDash does not respect their customers and they are thieves. I want my money back you jerks.Review from Cameron S

Ordered food with door dash and after waiting an hour for my food to be delivered it was cancelled because of no door dashers being available and was only refunded half the amount I paid. Even though I didnt get anything. Reached out to support and was told I wouldnt be receiving a refund
