I am the bookkeeper for a skin care company called ************, LLC. We received an order from a buyer through the UrthMarket website in August, although we received no accompanying payment from UrthMarket. We had not received any business from that site in over 2 years, so the owner of the company asked me to contact UrthMarket and have them remove our products from the website. I first tried to email them, and received an automated response that someone would get back to me. A week later, I emailed again and received the same automated response. I did not receive any response from a customer service agent or other human being, only the automated responses.In researching more about this company, I found what appeared to be a sister company with a page on ******** called UrthBox. I messaged them and asked if they were affiliated with UrthMarket and if so, could someone please get back to me. I was told yes, they were affiliated and would pass the message along to their support team. Two weeks went by. I was unable to find a phone number on the UrthMarket website, so I called the number for UrthBox and tried every phone menu choice and extension possible, but was still unable to reach a person. Finally, in November, I sent a certified letter asking them to remove all of our products from their website with a return receipt to the address listed on their website. It was returned to me marked "Unable to Forward."As of today, 2/25/22, our products are still listed on their website. In one of the attached screenshots from the ******** Message exchange, the person responding said on 12/3/21 that, "...our team is working on this. We apologize for the delay in response." All we want is our products removed from their website.
