On 07/17/2023 I made a $28.39 purchase from the Flock Chicken Chips website. On 07/18/2023 I received confirmation that the money was taken from my banking account and that my order would be processed shortly. After several days of waiting, my order was never processed or shipped from Flock Foods. Flock Foods provides you with a number to text your complaints or needs to so I contacted that number via text message. Since that date I have texted that number 25 times. Each text was simply asking for help and answers but I was never provided with one. I was simply directed to the Flock Foods Support email. I have since sent 10 emails to the ******************************** with zero responses involving my order. At one point I went to the Flock Foods website just to see if I could find another email or phone number but I was unsuccessful. Shortly I exited out of the website I was sent an email from the Flock Foods support email acknowledging that they noticed I was on their website but I forgot to order more of their product. When I texted the provided number about the email I was just sent, I was told that they could not provide any type of explanation, I even asked them if they would tell me the steps to cancel my order so that I could get my money back but they refused to do so and instead directed me to the support email again. It has now been 15 days since my order was placed and *************************************************************** response from the support email. I know its on $28, and I know that company's get backed up with orders but this is uncalled for. Normally at this point I would just request a refund but I cant even do that.Initial Complaint

Hello I placed a order with this company on 11/16/21 for $29.00 order number is #****** an todays date is 12/2/21 an I have not received my order as of yet I have been tracking this order an as of 12/2/21 the carrier is saying that they have not received the package yet so that it can be delivered this order has been sitting in the same location ******* ************** sense 11/20/21 I have reached out to this company via email an they responded with a link that took me to the same tracking info that I have already obtained on my own that indicated the same information that I had already obtained I have reached out again via email an now I'm not getting a response.
