    This company has advertised a bogus BOGO offer for their ramen noodles where they will refund you the cost of one if you text them your receipt. I purchased 2 for ***** at Whole Foods and texted the receipt and requested the payment be made to Venmo at **********. They then responded that they cannot assist with payments and that my issue had been resolved. I texted support several times and got the same response either saying that my issue has been resolved or asking me if I want to unsubscribe from their messages. They owe me $5.99 . I have included screenshots of the texts

    The grossest thing I have eaten. I disputed it because they deceivingly squeezed Vol 2 into my order at the moment of checking out, which I didn't want (watch out when checking out). I did cancel the whole order right away. The website said you could cancel within 6 hrs of placing the order. They never returned any of my pleads. I emailed so many times to stop this within the frame time. They continued sending emails about the packaging process until they finally shipped it to me. I disputed it with PayPal for the poor customer service. They only returned Vol 2, and that was pulling teeth. I decided to taste it, and sure enough, they tasted like rubber bands. Awful!!!! I searched for reviews and people were saying it had that awful rubbery-like taste and for $6 + $ it was not worth it. They also mentioned that the company never responds and that it is hard to get their money back even though they claim to have 100% customer satisfaction. This company is not about the customer at all. I wish I would have read reviews before buying this garbage. Don't buy this! I hated the amount of stress they put me through.
