      This company has advertised a bogus BOGO offer for their ramen noodles where they will refund you the cost of one if you text them your receipt. I purchased 2 for ***** at Whole Foods and texted the receipt and requested the payment be made to Venmo at **********. They then responded that they cannot assist with payments and that my issue had been resolved. I texted support several times and got the same response either saying that my issue has been resolved or asking me if I want to unsubscribe from their messages. They owe me $5.99 . I have included screenshots of the texts

      They sent me a text with a buy 1 get 1 free offer for ramen noodles. I purchased 2 of them on 4/23 and texted my receipt as stated in the instructions. I never got my rebate. I texted support to which they deleted pictures of my receipt and all prior correspondence and claimed they never got my receipt. They continued to play this game and would then send texts saying that my complaint is resolved. This is a scam they are running with no intention of sending a rebate. I am attaching screenshots of the texts.they owe me 5.99

      An order was placed in error on January 5th **** and customer support was notified for cancelation on Order #******. I recieved a response within an hour insuring the order would be cancelled and refunded and i was within tge 6 hour window. I emailed daily with the assurance that the problem is being addressed. Order was shipped and I was told sorry. The email responses are AI generated and customer care number is a ****** number. Domain phone number is to blue host. Refund policy is crude short but clearly states money back guarantee. I am not sure what the companies core belief is but it is not the customer. I want my refund that I am legally ***********. Screenshots back up statements made.

      I ordered two 6 packs of ramen from them it got lost in the mail, I reached out to them. They gave me the run around with no updates on what they will be doing. I gave them 2 weeks but it was the same song, I flagged the purchases with my bank and going to report them to the ********** consumer protection agency. They don't care about there customers and I also requested a refund at the beginning of all of this.

      This business in my opinion deceptively advertises money back guarantees to which it does not respond. I requested a refund over an unsatisfactory product. They ignored my email until I requested a chargeback from my bank at which point they emailed me that with the chargeback the matter was closed. They then fought the chargeback and it was told to me denied I requested a refund. Attached is documentation. Dont do business with these people.

      I paid $50 for a variety bundle of healthy Ramen noodles. I received six packs of the product. Is this all I get for $50? Six packs of the healthy Ramen noodles? Where is the rest of my order?

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We appreciate you giving us a chance to respond to the complaint you have received.

      We have investigated the claim and would have to deny any wrongdoing on our part as the customer received 100% of the order contents that was purchased.

      As clearly stated on our website: ************.immieats.com/products/variety-pack/, we offer our variety 6 pack that includes 6 packets per order.


      Lastly, we are very clear with all customers of our 100% refund policy limited to the max ****** amount of a Variety 12 pack and one purchase per person within 30 days if the customer is unhappy with the purchase for any reason. We would have been able to fully refund this customer if they were unhappy with their order and their order fit our refund criteria.

      We stand by the price of our product as we think it is reflected in the amount of time and expertise we have put into making a healthy ramen option that uses high quality ingredients that caters to everyones taste.

      Given our stance, we are still putting in the time and effort to find ways we can reduce the price of our products in the future.
