Transaction# *************** On July 7, 2023 I went to the site to trade in a ****** gift card with a value of $74.25. Well, the card value is depleted and I have not received any cash in return from the transaction. I have sent emails and have gotten no response back from the company. I tried to use the website service to sell a gift card but after entering information, I was to verify identity using a credit card. That verification screen did not accept my debit card so I closed the window and didn't try again. When I went to use the gift cards it was declined and the remaining balance was $0. After tracking the card I was told it was used in **********. I lost two cards, one with $75 and one worth $175. We should try and take down the website.Customer response

They sent my payment for a giftcard to my PayPal account. I accidentally had the payment refunded. When I tried to contact them, the phone number is no longer in service and they haven't responded to any of my requests through the website.Initial Complaint

On Saturday, December 4th, I attempted to sell a $170 Best Buy gift card to them for around $100. Their website appeared not to function correctly and never confirmed the transaction, so I assumed it had not gone through. The company never sent me a confirmation email or message of any sort. I just lost my home to a fire and desperately needed the cash, so I proceeded to find another business to sell the gift card to. A few hours later, I received a text message from ************ that read, "Hi, this is cash for gift cards. Please give us a callback. Thank you." I tried dialing the number, and it went straight to voicemail every time. I have tried contacting them through their website and have received no response, nor any of the funds I was supposed to receive for my $170 Best Buy gift card, and when I went to check the balance of the gift card, I found it empty, with $0 remaining. This company took my $170 card and has given me absolutely nothing that was promised in return.Initial Complaint

Hello. I sold 2 -$500 gift cards to this company and now the gift cards have no balance but I have not received payment. The payment was supposed to go to my PayPal account which I provided them. I also provided them w/ a photo of my drivers license. I called their phone number but it says it has been disconnected.
