I was notified by mail that a recently deceased *************** could be my son, verification proved it was at the ** Medical Examiners office by my other son and my mother! When they arrived my son was emotionally devastated about the loss of his brother so the examiner ******************************* cordially and consolingly offered my son an extensive amount of viewing time while explaining the next steps of the process. She stated that an autopsy would be done in a week or two and she assured him that she would contact him to pick up the cremated remains. My son then adamantly expressed that he would pay for any expenses but was assured that there was no need. To this day no one has called or returned any of the multitudes of calls that we have left regarding our loved ones cremated remains. I also sent a certified letter which was signed for on 10/28/21 and still have not heard from anyone! I am in complete awe that we are being ignored in regards to the loss of our loved one and the cremated remains. My son wanted to keep his bothers ashes in remembrance of him, even got a beautiful urn for them. We are devastated beyond belief as to how we are being treated by an organization who you expect to be more considerate, compassionate, sensitive and respectful! My son will never be the same after the loss of his brother and how ignored he was when trying to reach out for his remains! By the way my son died 9/30/20, over a year ago and yet no response!!!!
