I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the level of service I have received from Done. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others.For over a month, I had been trying to schedule my six-month check-in with my provider, *******************, through the Done portal. Despite my persistent efforts, I found no available openings. ******************* informed me that her schedule would open up but despite consistently checking, I did not see any available slots.I reached out again to Nzima directly to schedule an appointment but received no response. Desperate for help, I contacted Dones support team to assist me in getting on her schedule. Unfortunately, I never received a reply. Since then, I have sent multiple emails to support, totaling seven in all, and I have not gotten a single response.After a month of this, and now completely out of medication, ***** finally replied, saying that support would transfer me to a provider with availability for a follow-up visit. I am appalled she cannot find any time in her schedule and would allow my treatment to be disrupted. Despite multiple emails to support, I was never transferred to a new provider. Although I pay a monthly fee for Dones services, I cannot even get a response from their support team. To make matters worse, when I attempted to cancel my membership, the portal would only allow me to pause it, stating that it will pause after my next payment. It is clear that Dones practices are not only unprofessional but also potentially harmful to patients who rely on consistent and reliable medical care.In summary, Done has failed to provide the basic level of service that any patient should expect. Their unresponsiveness and inability to address my needs have caused significant disruption to my treatment and well-being. I strongly advise anyone considering using Dones services to think twice and look for a more reliable provider.Review from Max N

I have had anywhere from 2-4 different providers at this point and each time it seems as if there isn't a system in place to direct you to a new provider once someone leaves. When my providers have left, I was not informed, but rather find out that my prescription isn't being refilled in a timely manner and then I have to reach out to support team via email that typically takes atleast three days to reach back out. In total, each time this happens, I usually receive my prescription a week or two late.Each month is a toss-up on if your prescription will be filled or not. I have submitted in total 4-5 different requests within the last 14 days with no response from any representatives. There is also no reimbursement offered at this time for inability to provide service although they still charge the subscription fee.There has been multiple times in the last two years using them that I have been unable to get my prescription refilled promptly, however, this last time is particularly frustrating because I have attempted to contact them for two week to no avail.I have cancelled my membership and am switching to an in-person provider to avoid the hassle.Review from Joshua M

I have been going back and forth for 3 weeks about a prior authorization for a medication, and they repeatedly tell me it has been done, while nothing has been done. I cannot get into a position to speak to anyone, and have to rely on repeated messages with a 3 business day estimated turnaround. They also have not been getting back to me within 3 business days.Review from Charles B

They don't exist. The first appointment went well. Got a great provider. He sent in the meds. When I went for a refill, the provider was gone. Reached out to done multiple times. No response. None. Found the provider online and he said he had quit done and they should have notified me. Trying to switch providers with done to continue meds. They don't respond. Worthless. Absolutely no customer service. They will take your money and you will not get treatment because the doctors wont get back to you. Even if you have a legitimate condition they have no customer service to help you.Review from Pedro C

The number they gave did not work, the doctor ***** show up and instead of charging me $20 they said you guys charged $199. Wtf is going on. This is extremely unprofessional.Review from Christina C

I was just sent an email stating that I have been discharged (after 2 years) because my provider didnt feel treatment was right for me. I had my appointment with the provider the day before and he never mentioned anything. I was on adderall IR 20mg in the morning and 5mg at noon. I asked if the 5mg could be increased to 10mg since I still felt my concentration waning in the middle of my ***************************************************** ensuring I am able to focus on the patient and physician in code blue situations as an ER pharmacist. I used to get distracted easily by anything going on in the room and the chaos going on around me on a daily basis. I finally felt I was able to do things around my house as opposed to just thinking about them. I finally felt normal. Done will not answer my emails as to the reason why I was essentially blocked. Furthermore, *** had two practitioners and both of them always seemed bothered to speak to you, never smiled, and made you feel like a drug seeker for a medication that only made you feel like a normal human. Shame on this company for employing such non empathetic people to handle a diagnosis that has a high stigma only to feel even more stigma from them. I would recommend people not use this company unless you like being judged and risk being discharged from one day to the next when you feel you finally found the medication to control of your symptoms.Review from Ryan K

Looks like theres a lot of people out there with similar issues. Done is a scam. As many have mentioned they charge your bank account when they want to regardless if theyve provided any service. In my situation they were shipping me my meds - in the past 3 months ive been charged for medication 4 times and have received NO medication. If you need prescription drugs and actual medical support/advice DO NOT USE DONE.Review from Claire H

Done is a huge scam. They have terrible business practices and a horrible return/ refund policy. They can't guarantee anything and I am not sure they employ any real doctors. They essentially stole $100 from me. Do not use them and avoid at all costs. A complete nightmare and I feel completely taken advantage of.Review from Kristin W

0/5, if that was an option. This business seems to target those who seek medical help only to benefit themselves. They have no number to call. You can only schedule calls and email for help. Which, neither help. They have been charging me for charges they apparently missed from almost a year ago, without any proof or explanation. They have also made the process of getting my own medical records from them extremely difficult and have yet to give them to me. The stress this business has caused me has not been worth their assistance. Not to mention how much money they have received from me for their help. I never leave reviews, and here I am on the BBB to report them and to warn as many as I can! GO THE LONG ROUTE. This is not the Telehealth you want or need.
