    I purchased an over the counter hearing aid from this company. It has now been 12 days since the order was placed. I have reached out to the company regarding my order via their preferred contact method (email) and have received one communication that said they would provide a tracking number. That communication was 6 days ago and they have not provided a tracking number nor have they responded to my email at all. The phone number listed on their website says no longer a working number.

    Product ordered Feb 15, 2024. Company states it shipped Feb 20. When not received, checked shipping/tracking. Method of shipping was **** to *** who then delivers. Both **** and *** show (as of March 1, 2024) product "label prepared" but not delivered to shipper. Over the last week ViaHearing has been contacted several times via their "help" page as well as reply to their emails regarding purchase and shipment. No reply from the company. I will contact my credit card company (Via processed payment on Feb 15). I do not recommend doing business with a non-responsive company such as ViaHearing that does not return communications. I was hopeful the product was as described, but no way to evaluate.
