      This business claims to be an "Online Interior Design Course in *******" but all of the material is written from an ********** point of view. I signed up to learn about design from a Northern Hemisphere point of view where I would be working/building. There is no mention that the material will be referencing terms, perspectives, concepts (efficiency/compact) from Down Under. The address posted on their website is in SF. Furthermore, all of the topics they plan to cover are just barely mentioned in the string of words they put together and called a course. The topics aren't actually taught; just mentioned. I don't feel like I got what I signed up for and that this company is claiming to be more than they are.

We also have a dedicated ********** based in the US who are working professionals and are dedicated to offering our US-based students the most relevant information.

      We understand that your experience has been far from satisfactory, and we would like to make things right. As you know,we've worked to provide you with access to our recent workshops and the remaining modules (as you had only completed three-quarters of our course) to show you that we do go into more detail in our offerings.

      We would also like to offer you a full refund for the course if you can retract your review, and we hope this will help make up for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the refund, and let us know when the review has been removed so we can process your refund immediately.

      The Interior Design Institute in ********** does not respond to messages. They keep charging my card and piling late fees and will not respond that I want to quit. Can't find their location in **********. It looks like they skipped town and are just taking people's money on the weekly whether they like it or not. The site appears scammy. I can't give them another dollar after realizing they appear to be a straight scam. Until they stop charging me on my so called account I will be writing in everywhere to make sure others don't make the same mistake i did.
