Do not recommend at all. The turnaround time is too long. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of a human being- impossible after hours. I had a claim open a month ago and an appointment is still not scheduled. Website is useless and whatever I do on phone doesn't seem to make any difference. If I pay out of pocket and hire a plumber to look at my issue, it would have taken a few days at most - not a month in waiting. Save yourself from the frustration and do not use this service.Super Home, Inc. Response

HORRIBLE! I have been trying to get our ** repaired for 3 weeks now with delay after delay with SUPER. As every other review points out, no one from management will call you back when you ask to speak t a manager. It is very hot and our ** has been out for 3 weeks now and we have our 85 year old mother staying with us. The first technician who came out was not familiar with ****** Heat pumps/** systems, so we had to use an out of network provider. Super gave us a list of Lennox dealers in our area and we chose one with excellent ratings. The technician from this company came to our home and worked directly with the factory to diagnose the issue and the F**TORY recommended replacing the *** valve as even the factory was unsure of the exact problem, but this was the first thing to fix. We submitted the estimate, a copy of our home inspection report as we have just moved into this home and the reports shows that the ** was working at the time of the inspection. I call 3-4 times a day, awaiting the approval for our out of network repair, asking for a manager to call me back and they never do. The system was working and now failed. The technician inspected the system and said it has been properly maintained and this was a wear issue. Super refuses to approve the repair and now they suggest that a second technician come out and diagnose the issue. WHY? The Lennox F**TORY technicians recommended this repair and a second opinion is only going to delay things even more. Super only cares about denying claims. DO not use them.Super Home, Inc. Response

Super sends service providers who do a very cursory look at a system (HVAC seems to be the most troublesome) and do not actually do any substantive assessment or repair. My A/C system runs constantly, smells badly, and *** been told it will go any day. Super closed the ticket and told me Id have to pay for another service call to get a second opinion. This is now the 3rd time that Ive had poor HVAC service.Super Home, Inc. Response

Adding to the chorus of outraged reviews of this company, which does not honor their contract agreements with customers. Four year customer, experienced an AC breakdown. ********************** denied the claim almost immediately citing dust in the blower mechanism and implied poor maintenance. I provided proof of routine servicing contracted through their own marketplace over recent years. Multiple emails and phone calls later, and they have yet to actually address my appeal of their claim determination despite repeated requests for a written explanation. Highly dubious. Super Makes Home Ownership Easy I have been a customer of ********************** in the ******* area for 5 years and I have had nothing but great experiences. Even though I am a handyman at heart, with a fulltime job I appreciate the fact that Super coordinates a repairperson with three time slots to pick from in order to have problems fixed. The app they provide is modern & intuitive, pricing is straight forward, and the customer service team has always been friendly.I always tell my friends and family not to look elsewhere. I've been a Super customer for 7 years. During those first years, I truly felt like the company had my back. My AC went out, and they personally called me, bought me some window units because they were delayed in finding a servicer. I felt taken care of - like the company actually cared about me.Over the years, they've cut coverage without telling me, they've increased prices, they've farmed their customer service out to other countries, and their "emergency hotline" times out if you're on hold for more than 5 minutes. Long story short, they do not care about their customers anymore.I've been without working HVAC for nearly 6 weeks now. They've claimed my HVAC was too dirty, lied about when it was cleaned, despite being told clearly otherwise by the servicer, and when the servicer potentially broke EPA laws and put the wrong refrigerant into my system (like putting regular gas in a diesel truck), they washed their hands of it and denied my claim outright over the system being too dirty.I am so incredibly disappointed that this company that once prided itself on being different from other home warranties has become just another money-grubbing scam, stealing money from their customers. I'm canceling my membership with them and hope others do the same.Super Home, Inc. Response

We take our customer service seriously, and want to ensure our customers are able to get assistance on their open claims via phone, email and the portal. I want to clarify that the decision on your claim was communicated on Jun 27, and in subsequent emails as well, and additionally that we do want to provide clarity on the denial decision that was made. Please see our email response yesterday 7/10 to address the points you have raised via email on 7/9. As per your terms of coverage, it is the customer's responsibility to maintain their systems to ensure they are covered by their policy terms and on occasion breakdowns may not be covered by the terms of your policy.Review from Hailey W

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Super Home Warranty, which I believe is engaging in deceptive and unethical business practices.Recently, I experienced a severe issue with my AC unit. Upon contacting Super Home Warranty for assistance, I was left without air conditioning for a full week during an extremely hot period. This was not only inconvenient but also posed a health risk to my family and me.Throughout this ordeal, Super Home Warranty exhibited unprofessional behavior and a blatant disregard for customer service. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email, I received no response. My calls were consistently ignored, and I was met with silence on all fronts. The companys refusal to communicate or provide updates was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.Furthermore, when a technician finally arrived, their resolution was to repair a part that, according to multiple other professional opinions, needed to be fully replaced. This half-hearted repair was inadequate and caused me to completely distrust this company. The technician's assessment and subsequent action clearly contradicted the advice of other qualified professionals, indicating a lack of expertise or a deliberate attempt to cut costs at the expense of proper service.The overall experience with Super Home Warranty was horrendous, marked by appalling customer service and dubious repair practices. I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider engaging with this company, as their business practices seem designed to exploit rather than serve their clients.I hope the Better Business Bureau will take my complaint seriously and investigate Super Home Warranty to prevent further customers from suffering similar mistreatment.Super Home, Inc. They will not cover any broken thing that cost more than a few hundred. Had them come out for maintenance on AC even had a tune up, when the evaporator coil had a issue and they said it was poor maintenance. If there was anything putting stress on the system or could cause it to fail that is exactly with the inspection and tune-up should have addressed. If they left the system in a state will not be covered, yet continued to charge warranties fees.Super Home, Inc. Response

NO AC IN 100 DEGREE HEAT WAVE DUE TO SERVICE DELAYS ...I have had a horrible experience with Super. I requested service on my HVAC a month ago. The service provider had been to my home at least 3 times and not finished the job due to the lengthy parts procurement process. Every contact with Super takes 3+ business days to move forward. I requested to speak with a supervisor 3 weeks ago and never received a call. Now we enter a 100 degree heat wave and my family still has no AC. Not to mention that you cannot reach anyone on the weekends to move the process along. There are also High put of pocket costs with this company. Read your fine print for the list of items not covered with every appliance.Super Home, Inc. Response

Horrible service. Absolutely do not recommend. They drag their feet on claims and give the run around constantly. You cannot speak to anyone who can help. The answer is the claim is 'in review' ......for months. Then they tell you over and over that someone will call back in ***** hours but NEVER EVER call back. The lack of communication and transparency and outright dishonesty is beyond frustrating. DO NOT recommend this company.Super Home, Inc. Response
