Checked my banking it was $367.11 I called them , they said the writing on the bottom before booking said it's in USD As you can see I've booked with them once in September it was not in USD. I had to cancel it cuz the date shown was wrong. They weren't going to return my money. After over an hour persistent persuasion they did. I told them they had to return $100 they said no ************ clearly is scamming people. ************ is still scamming. I think this has to be reported as crime

I made a reservation for a hotel via Bookety.com. My reservation was correctly confirmed, by Bookety, as June *****. Travel Confirmation attached. However, when I arrived at the hotel, in the afternoon of June 17, the hotel informed me that they received the arrival date, from Bookety.com, as June 16 (which was the day prior) and I do not have any reservations for the current evening. Bookety.com charged me $187.64 for the erroneous stay on June 16. CitiBank bill attached.Thankfully, the hotel had vacancy! I paid the hotel directly for the evening of June 17, which was the only evening I needed a hotel. CitiBank bill attached.I have tried to contact bookety.com via their "contact us" online customer service. I have also used their customer service phone line *************** claims to be 24/7) but there is never an answer.Bookety Itinerary number: ************** Please see the following attached documents:Bookety Travel Confirmation (shows June *****)Guest Statement - shows the incorrect reservation June ***** info in the hotel's system ********* Statement- shows the charge of $187.64 on June 16, one day before my confirmed reservation. It also shows the bill for $131.35 the following day for the TRUE hotel stay on June 17th.I am requesting reimbursement for $187.64 as this was Bookety.com's mistake.

I booked a hotel room for 1 night on July 15th-16th as I was coming home from a concert and did not want to risk driving so late back to Whidbey island where I live. I booked through bookety at *****************************************. After the concert and showing up to the hotel at around 11:30pm at night I was informed that the hotel was over booked and that no other locations were able to accommodate my reservation. I was than told to call bookety/Expedia to receive a refund in the amount of $221.37. After scrambling to find a hotel nearby *************** I tried calling bookety from the number provided on their website which wouldnt route me to a live person. Now after several attempts at receiving a refund for the hotel room I was never able to stay at they are attempting to only issue me a refund in the amount of $184.26. I have documentation stating the amount they charged my credit card as well as the property having never charged their corporate account for the transaction as they were never able to accommodate the reservation do to overbooking.
