08/08/2022 I had to have my vehicle towed for repairs. When calling roadside assistance I was told my policy number is invalid. I tried to call customer service on that day, the day following, as well as texting and emailing the contacts provided on their app and website. I have no been able to reach anyone. When I call roadside I'm directed to customer service. When I called the claims department, (which the number was provided by my insurance agent second hand) they also directed my call to customer service, but this time a different number entirely that is not listed on their site. The email listed comes back as "invalid" and bounces back. I was charged 182 dollars for the tow.I also had made a change to my policy that is not reflected anywhere online or in the app. Because I cannot reach them, I cannot confirm if the change was successful or what will be charged. I cannot even call to cancel my policy. The number just stays on hold indefinitely, and seems to bug out by eventually just playing the same song over and over. I tried to also select the option to leave my number and get a call back, but have not received a call back in multiple weeks.I would like to A) cancel my policy and B) receive a refund for the tow that was supposed to be covered. I am owed 3 tows per my policy, and had only used 1 at that point.Initial Complaint

I have insurance through an App called Cover.com. I have been trying to reach them regarding a payment for weeks now, and I cant get a hold of anyone. Their **************** is nonexistent. Its like they completely disappeared. They are a 3rd party that handles the policies for other companies. The company that holds my policy is Redpoint County Mutual. I called them directly this morning, and they told me that they no longer deal with Cover. If thats the case Ive been paying insurance all these months through cover for nothing. That is fraud. I canceled my policy back on November in which I received a refund for the insurance amount. I didnt realize they were also charging a $4.99 a month fee. This fee has continued to be charged to my account for 6 months. The business is uncooperative and only willing to refund the last 2 months. I am requesting a full refund as I cancels services and it should be illegal to charge for services not rendered.
