This doesn't even deserve a star. Not only is the app they pedal to you semi-functional at best, but the customer service is utterly shameful and they really dont seem to care about how their patrons money is handled.On March 5, 2023 I purchased a live event to watch while out of town. Casting to a smart TV is how I typically view these events. When the show starts, I find that the cast button on the feed is appearing, but is not functional. As I looked in the live chat going on for the event I find that I am one of thousands that had this problem. Essentially, those of us who view media through the cast function had paid 50 dollars for a show we could only watch on our phones in our hands.On March 6th, I reach out to customer service (which they make an absurdly grueling process) and request a refund. I'm told at the end of the unnecessarily long exchange that my refund will be processed and shall appear in my account in 3-5 business days.8 days go by.Today (March 15) I reach back out to follow up, and I'm told that they couldn't find record of our last exchange-- somehow a multi million dollar service can't keep track of its customer service records. I have to resubmit all of my information, after which I'm told that the case must be escalated to ****** because of it being an in-app purchase, and that the process will now take longer than usual. When I ask why I was told something entirely different the previous week, they had zero reason. So not only was I deprived of an acceptable viewing experience, but I was simply lied to about the situation being rectified, a gargantuan waste of my time. I'm not entirely confident I'll even get my refund in 2 weeks, if I don't then I'll definitely be making it known in every avenue possible. This company and service are as bottom-of-the-barrell as a media service in 2023 can possibly be. I highly advise anybody considering using their services to go elsewhere.
