I ordered and payed for a swingarm bag on jan 6th. I have not received the bag. I talked to *** 10 times and was told the bag will ship next week. I was also told it shipped and you will get tracking information with in a day or so. The last time I talked to him he claimed the spikes for the bag were on back order. This guy is a liar. Do not buy anything from this company. I have called and got no answer more times than I can count. This company will rip you off. I'm not going to give up. I will get my bag or my money one way or another. I hope this can be resolved peacefully. Unfortunately that is 100 percent up to la rosa design. Please do not buy anything from this company. On Nov. 8, 2022 ****** advised me by email to return a seat that I had purchased. There were issues with the pan and the threads and they stated that they would repair the seat. The seat was delivered to them via *** on Nov. 28, 2022. It is now Nov.2. 2023 and I am still waiting for the seat to be returned. Phone calls and emails are unanswered, and the only response I ever got from the online chat (which is now no longer functional) is that they would look into it and get back to me. On August 15, 2023 I ordered a side swing arm saddle bag, tool bag and blanket. On August 29 I was told the product would ship the following week. It is now November 1, 2023 and cannot get anyone to respond to my many calls/emails. I am not happy with the company and will never use them again. An order was placed in excess of $300 dollars for motorcycle bags on 8/11/23, and according to the website would ship within a 14 business day window. After 14 business days I contacted the company for an estimate of when the bags would ship, as I had not heard anything from the company except that the order was awaiting shipment as posted on the website in regards to my order #*****. I purchased these bags for a motorcycle trip I was taking and gave myself over a month window to receive them. On 9/1/23 I heard back that they were to ship my bags the following mid week, which would have been 9/5 to 9/7. The bags never shipped and I reached out to the company several more times and heard nothing. On 9/14/23 I emailed the company saying that if they werent going to ship my bags that day or the following day 9/15/23, that I would just cancel the order and ask for a full refund. They were unable to fulfill my order in the time they stated on their website, and in time for the trip I required the bags for. I asked for a full refund on 9/14/23, 9/20/23, 9/21/23, and 9/22/23, and have heard absolutely nothing from the company. On their website for my order it still just says awaiting shipment. It is now 9/25/23, well over a month since I ordered these bags. I need my money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered the items listed below on June 6, 2023 (Item # *****). My credit card was charged for the items (total of $338.97), however I have not received my merchandise. I've e-mailed and called several times without being able to reach anyone. I'm very disappointed with the service and lack of communication. This is depressing! On 3rd of May this year I ordered a motorcycle seat from La **** corp and was advised that it was not in stock and would take a couple of weeks to ship. 4 months after with no response to any of my messages or emails which would have taken seconds to write, I decided to cancel the order which was responded to straight away. On May 12, 2023 I placed an order for a wallet using LA Rosa Designs online ordering system. The cost for the item was $39.99, and shipping was calculated at $10.49. The total for my transaction was $50.48, which was withdrawn from my bank account on 5/15. To date, I have received no merchandise, no refund, and minimal communication about my order status.I should note, the only communication that has taken place happened in June when I used the "help" button on the website. Someone responded to me and told my they were looking into the matter. They responded and said my order was new (more than a month had passed) and they should be able to ship in the next few days. On June 2, 2023 I placed an order of approximately $400 with this company. I never received the product that I ordered and they will not communicate with me. I ordered a motorcycle saddle bag, directly from the company's website and paid via their online PayPal system. The order was placed in March 2023, the only correspondence I received was an emailed paid receipt with "awaiting shipment" status. After calling and emailing to get updates I have yet to hear back. It's been almost 4 months. I requested to cancel and refund, still no response.
