I had ordered two night stand lights from this company. Both had come with mounts to be mounted into dry wall. One of the mounts worked perfectly fine and the light was mounted. The other however was damaged and the light ended up falling, cracking it. I even had a third party handy man come and inspect it and he agreed. I reached out to the support team and they had taken a considerable amount of time to respond to each email I sent. I provided numerous pictures and explanations but they continue to not respond to my emails and not provide any support or offer to send a functional version of the product. I have simply asked that they replace one of the lights and mounts as they are both damaged. If they refuse this then I would at a minimum like to be refunded for the light that was damaged.
