They state that if you subscribe for their money borrowing app that you are qualified to borrow $10 if you pay $2.47 to subscribe. I subscribed and then they told me that I wasnt part of the subscription where that is allowed. Then they told me I was supposed to subscribe to the plan for $12.97 which it didnt even show me. Not only that but what kind of money borrowing app demands money upfront and then doesnt let you borrow any?Ive used about 20 other apps that I recommend that work. ******, float me, ******, ****, ****, Money lion. Got online thinking I was going to get a quick loan and got ripped off for $30. Contacted customer support and 15 minutes and was told I had no recourse. Asked for a supervisor and was told I had no recourse. Stay away from this website.

I recently downloaded the app. I was on it for less than 5 minutes when I decided it wasnt for me. The company is trying to charge $51 for not using their service. I signed up for financial aid during job loss but did not have access to those features. I tried reaching out to customer service and they had no empathy, were not helpful. I spoke to someone named ******. This has not been a pleasant experience. Do not use this app!!Review from Barbara M

Do not use this app my story is the same as the others. Do not use beem. I want to know why they have not been banned... I don't even feel like writing what they did because it appears from the other reviews thier objective is to take advantage of people when thier having money issues... if you wanna know my story read the reviews the same happened to me.Review from Marcus P

On hold for 9 hours because the app cant be used in any way. They took my money for the membership fee and would not allow me use the features I paid for and then would not give me my money back. This company is stealing peoples money and not providing a service.Review from Tan H

This app is the same as LEMME the agent from Line is the same from LEMME. They ************ your really personal sensitive information for their own selfish gains. I suggest to anyone don't sign up to either of these two apps! They aren't even accredited. Guess I have to start checking the BBB before I just start putting my sensitive information in on these kind of apps. Just to risky to be falsely lead to think what they claim then become victim to just using my information and data!Review from Karen O

Stay away from this company! They will link your bank account, fund you money with no due dates and then withdrawl money out if your account with no warning. Youll end up overdrawn or they will take your account to zero dollars then tell you you still owe them money. There is no customer support. No way to get anyone to answer their fake phone number and a reply from them will never be answered until days later where they dont resolve any issues.Review from Samantha D

Line Financial is the worse! I was unable to use the service and my bank account was charged. I reached out to get a refund since I canceled my subscription the same day and have been contacting Line Financial for the last 4 days with minimal responses. It took them 3 days to even get back to me and now they keep bouncing me from representative to representative. All I want is my refund and their CS team is the worse! Line Financial hacked my checking account. No account with them; somehow, they obtained my routing and checking Account number, attempted to withdraw $29 as a direct debit from my account, called three times no answer. Message on answering machine for business Instructs the color to leave their name and email. I did not leave information, called bank stopped payment on fraudulent direct debit, the business number phoned me back, some guy answered hello and then hung up on me when I stated my account has been compromised and he was illegally withdrawing funds from my checking account. Tried calling back again, Car was blocked. Authorities have been notified and bank is taking care of fraudulent charges.Review from Joshua H.

Horrible app and site. Tried for over a month to complete applications. Serious tech issues. I feel like the company is stealing data. The app kept saying cannot connect to bank. The desktop site and mobile site have a place where you a required to enter your social security number but I was unable to enter this on any browser as it does not work and unable to continue to get a loan. Also tried working with customer support who were really not knowledgeable.
