      This group has been so wonderful in helping me through a hard time in my life. They are always available to help me through any changes and questions I have. They are an excellent health care team.

      I have used them in the past to treat depression but took a break from treatment provided by Lemonaidehealth when life seemed more manageable and the side effects outweighed the benefits. They continued to text and email me to resubscribe despite asking to stop and opt out. Eventually, I find myself in a depressive state and looking for additional support. I schedule a visit and felt the nurse practitioner was very dismissive of my mental well being. Im depressed and I have Lemonaide health cancelling treatment despite me reaching out as a past customer in same exact circumstances. She asked me to reach out to my doctor but wouldnt that be the case for most people requesting their services? I cant cancel the marketing emails but they can be dismissive when I ask for help again.

      Highly deceptive tactics: they lure you in with the promise of low prices, and then start charging you without consent for all sorts of stuff. They never tell you the price and charge you any amount they wish. They reduce dosages to tiny amounts and charge you the market rates for higher dosages and then tell you to pop 6 pills at a time. Then if you complain, they reduce the total days you'd get meds for. They explain nothing. I found out through my credit card that they charged me $75 for sending my prescription to a pharmacy! They didn't even ask me for consent before charging me.

      I am a DDS who did not sign up for this program, yet it seems someone has set up an account in my name. ********************** keeps canceling my ticket requesting information, and despite multiple requests on my part, has never provided any documentation when I have requested it. I am concerned someone is committing fraud under my name. This doesn't seem to concern Lemonaid at all.

      They told me that they would no longer provide care for me due to some policy that I was not aware of. So, now I am out of medication and having a mental health episode with no way to get my meds. I am low-income. I can't believe that they would do this to me at my time of need. They are discriminating against low- income people and minorities. If you are limited on funds, do not start treatment with them.

      We work hard to provide ****************** to as many patients as possible. After reviewing your chart, we found that we provided medical treatment and medication for multiple months, despite not receiving payment. Our pricing for memberships is a fixed monthly cost that we clearly disclose on our website, and we simply could not continue to provide our services without payment. I'm sorry that we were not the right solution for your treatment, and hope that you use the resources we provided to continue your care with a local provider.

      Zero stars!! Too many times I have had to without my medication for my severe depression because of Lemonaid Health. They suck! I take an anti depressant that give you severe withdrawal symptoms if I miss a dose. As of today b/c of this company I have missed 4 days. I have had to miss work because I am too dizzy to drive. But when you call them you get idiots that have no idea what they are doing. You cant file a complaint. You cant talk to a Dr or a physician assistant. This was my solution to not having insurance.Lemonaid is not here to help you. They are there to line their pockets like the rest of the greedy corporations that are holding sick Americans hostage. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. RUN!!

Our team offered to send a local prescription for immediate pickup after your shipment did not arrive as promised; an offer which you declined. We were more than happy to assist, however your extremely abusive language and communications with our teams was unacceptable. Please continue to seek care with a local provider that can better suit your needs.

      Used Lemonaid for many years and had a positive interaction with the company until they were bought out (I guess?). Anyways my experience with the new Lemonaid has been nothing short of a nightmare. Had no idea I was being charged $95 a month for a membership yet I had not been receiving any medication or even doctor visits so they have no problem taking money out of your account without delivering any goods or services. Horrible customer service and incredibly rude and condescending doctors. Would give zero starts if possible.

      Paid and they debited my card. Was going to be simple medicine management. They stood me up for my first appointment and then messaged me.that they couldn't help me. Then I had to jump through hoops to cancel the subscription and then I couldn't delete my debit card and neither could their patient representatives. They told me to email them and they never responded.

      While we wish we could treat everyone that comes to us, our evidence-based protocols are developed for specific disorders for which our approved medications have the highest efficacy impact. Patient safety is our priority; and after reviewing each patient, our medical team may determine that it safer to be treated by a doctor in person that can monitor medications and progress, which we are not equipped to do.
