I was ripped off of the discount I was promised by over $90 which they insisted that they put towards store credit instead of charging me less, the girl who helped me was extremely rude and unpleasant the entire transaction, literally said to me IM TALKING TO YOU ! when I looked away for a second. I will absolutely never be returning to Any of the apothecarium dispensaries. After calling and sharing this experience with the manager of the ********* ** store , she didn't care at all , offered no apologies and no excuses , basically said well...you can come back or you don't have to. This is a disgraceful place of commerce, disgusting how you people treat your customers which is asinine when you think about it.I want my 10% refund which I was entitled to. And I want it by check. This will never end if you don't.Business response

The patient, ***************************, made a large purchase in the Lancaster location on 10/27/2022. There was an error regarding his discounts. He then called the store that same day and spoke to ******, the General Manager, who apologized for the missed discounts and offered him reward points on his account to take off a future purchase. ******, on that same day, then added roughly 800 points to his account to get him to $100 in rewards to utilize off his next purchase. He then proceeded to tell her that he would no longer shop at any of our locations. She told him that is his choice, but the points would be in his account if he chose to use them. On 11/12/2022, *************************** visited the Lancaster facility and utilized the rewards points that were added to his account on 10/27/2022. He did not have any further issues during the visit to the Lancaster location on 11/12/2022.
