  This is a great company to do business with. Their agents are knowledgeable and do not apply any pressure. Signing up for a plan is easy although you do have to have a computer connected to the Internet and a modicum of proficiency in using it. They're careful to tell you they don't represent all plans and if you don't see something you like they tell you how to reach Medicare.gov.I was incredibly impressed with their concern for my time. I had an appointment to talk to an agent at 10AM. At 10:02AM I got a call from a FSM receptionist telling me my agent was wrapping up another call and would call in in 10 minutes "if that's all right" with me. When was the last time a company has been that courteous to you? I wish more companies respected my time like that.

  This is a great service-oriented company. Very knowledgeable, friendly and clearly answered the questions I was asking. I had reviewed the piles of Medicare information from the mail and searching online but couldn't put it all together to make a decision until I worked with an advisor from Fair Square Medicare. Application completed and submitted! Thanks, ******.

  They helped us clearly and easily understand our *******************. What a refreshing experience! If only all businesses were this caring and professional. I can truly say they gave us personal service second to none! We plan to continue to use them in our uears to come. They deserve 10 stars!

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Answered all my questions. My wife highly recommended Fair Square to me as they had helped her with her Medicare process. They did not disappoint. I also would highly recommend Fair Square.

  If you are reading reviews, like I did, then you can count on Fair Square Medicare to take care of your medicare needs. They are remarkable. I was like you, trying to figure out the medicare process and make sure I got what I needed for ME, and understood how it worked. You get everything in the mail, and you have lots of question. It's always good to read and analyze, but if you start here, you won't have to. Fair Square are professional, friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE, they get back to you immediately, and most importantly, they want the best coverage that YOU want. There is no sales pressure, because that is not how it works. They let you know what's available, answer every question and find the best deal your money can get. They sign you up for everything, They make it simple, quick and easy. I wish every company I worked with operated in this fashion. My needs were even a little trickier as I reside half the year in ******** and the other half in ***********. Not a problem. If I could score them 11 on a scale of 10 I would. Superb in every facet. Save yourself the headache. I feel secure and 100% sure I made the right move - with their help.

  Representative was friendly, patient and very helpful. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and then gave me several options that met the criteria. This is the second year I have used this service. I would highly recommend this company. I am thankful for their help.

  What a clear and concise process this company made for my Medicare enrollment. Very knowledgeable and informative, I am sure I am well covered for my future. Highly recommend and have been giving out my introductory letter for others to be relieved if their confusion. My twin sister had been going it alone for 6 months prior to our enrollment dates and was so frustrated and alarmed she was unable to get concise clear answers from the multitude of people she spoke to. Calling Fair Square helped her too. Really top notch company. Exceptional 1:1 customer service!

  I had such a wonderful experience with Fair Square Medicare. ***** who assisted me through the process was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me to the best option for me. I actually was started on one plan for 2 months and then needed to start a new plan in another state because of relocation. This process could have been very difficult for me to navigate alone but thanks to *****, who assisted me 2 separate times I was confident that everything would be submitted appropriately. ***** is very professional, has excellent communication and was very patient with me.
