This business is horrific! They pay kick backs to companies that offer services and then those companies don't explain anything to you, like how much your going to pat and they do the work without telling you anything. You end up paying triple the amount and they immediately start taking money from your bank account. I've spoken to customer service at least 5 times and never get anywhere with them. Don't do any business with them. They are definitely deceitful and will rip you off before you even realize what has happened.Review from Lynnette g

It was great working with a fine group of professionals. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The competition quickly fell by the wayside. Thank you for arranging the amount we needed. I worked with ******** around the holidays. It was quick and they were very tech savvy. Its a good company. Every question i had they answered. I even tested her and she gave the correct answers. I am not easy to please and they pleased me. I was hesitant of the $200 fee to get started but even that was reimbursed to me within 30 days as promised. I imagine any of their reps are good but if you get ******** just know you are working with a great individual who listens.Review from Leslie B

Everyone was helpful in applying, qualifying, closing and funding this loan. All events occurred as promised in an unbelievably short time. Highly recommend after many many mortgage lender experiences.
