On 4/14/23 all star moving services dismounted by tv from my wall and wrapped it in a thin blanket at address ***************************************************. I asked the mover to package it further to reduce risk of damage, my request was declined. upon arrival to the moving destination of *************************************************************************, the movers continued to practice unsafe handling with moving the flat screen tv while placing the tv directly on the floor with unsafe techniques. I called the moving company for resolution to inform them of the damage to the ** on 4/22/23 after I was able to power source the tv. Once the tv was turned on it revealed the cracked screen and damage to the entire tv. The manager laughed at my claim and was very rude, he talked over me and was talking to me in a demoralizing and dehumanizing manner. I explained to him several times that I have witnesses that day to uphold the unsafe handling of my flat screen. I was still moving in between apartments and was a loyal customer with 2 previous moves with the company. I told him that the damage was unable to be seen until it was plugged into the wall, at the time I did not have power available to plug it in the wall to confirm damage or not. Prior to the move the tv was in excellent condition and powered on before they dismounted it off my previous moving address. I asked the manager to reimburse or replace for the damage tv. He said he was going to talk to his drivers, I asked to be on a 3 way conference call. He declined and stated he would call me later or the next day. He called me the next day and informed me that the driver said there was no damage and he wasn't willing to have a monetary resolution. He stated no to a settlement offer and told me to go to court. He also kept asking me when did i buy the tv and to go back to get the money from the warranty. I am seeking reimbursement for a new tv in the amount of $ *******, my tv was a 65" flat screen smart tv in excellent condition.
